I would also give this business a zero, if it was possible!!! Ive done business with them for over five years, and evidently they owned by someone different Give a flip for theyre not you get eyedrops. I have had some fear problems with my eyes over the last two weeks and my doctors removed me from everything except autogamous Tears and a steroid shot now, having trouble getting my eyedrops! The service is beyond ridiculously bad!!!

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars, if that was an option. Ive never experienced worse service from any industry. They dont respond to messages in a timely manner, and were talking about medical prescriptions youre trying to have filled by them. Last month, I had sent in for a refill, and the process too almost two weeks. It took days to acknowledge the refill, before receiving a link to pay. Two more days go by and I call and leave a message, as well as message through their message portal, only to receive a response to allow 7 days for the prescription to be filled. This does not include the time to have it delivered, as well. When I called, days later on a Thursday, to follow up, I was told that it had been ready since Monday, but wouldnt be delivered until early next week. I asked to escalate the conversation and spoke to a pharmacist who also gave me the run around. When she reiterated delivery next week, I asked her why it would take so long since its been ready since Monday. Her first response was to ask me who told me that! Finally, she admitted it was ready and that she wasnt sure what had taken so long, but that I could pick it up that day if I wanted to. I began to make arrangements, as I had been without the prescription for too long, but when I asked her why I wasnt given that option on Monday if delivery service was so backed up, she had no answer for me. I arranged to have the scrip picked up that evening. Now, *** just submitted another refill and waited 4 days for it to be acknowledged and sent a payment link. In this transaction, theyve added a $39 delivery fee, that has always been FREE, despite the fact that FREE DELIVERY is stated no less than 3 different places on their website. I called and spoke with someone and was told that was a new fee that had been added. I shared that their site still advertised free delivery but was offered no remedy. I will take my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
