This company is completely unprofessional and deceptive. They fail to properly explain their cancellation policy and provide inaccurate pricing information. When I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, they repeatedly delayed the process by making excuses to postpone the necessary Zoom meeting. Their actions amount to harassment and fraud, and they should be shut down immediately to protect other customers.Review from Dave Z

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this studio.. So many dresses to choose from .. so many options The photographer was so kind and patient. She had a blast and will remember it for the rest of her life. It was about 2-3 weeks for my review session with an Enchanted Fairies representative. She also was patient and kind. She showed my daughter and I all the pictures .. never a pressure to buy more than I could afford. .. but after seeing so many beautiful pictures, I had to go for a very nice package that included the story book. I just received everything I purchased oh my goodness These definitely arent JCPenney quality pictures, they are works of art. The story book ohmy .. I cant even begin to describe how beautifully it was done. My daughters eyes and smile tell me everything about how happy she is. If you ask me, my daughters confidence and pride in herself was worth it. She has to show everyone HER story.. i just love this. and .. Enchanted Fairies donates every bit of the $25 you pay for the initial fee to charity.Review from Mariela R

My niece had her session and she loved everything about it! She still talks about her experience and of her photographer. Everyone was so welcoming. Her images came out amazing. Enchanted Fairies: An Unforgettable Experience This past year has been incredibly challenging for my stepson. Hes faced bullying, a difficult school transfer, and the heart-wrenching shift of his mother no longer wanting full custody. At such a tender age, hes shouldered more than his fair share of life's pressures. Eager to lift his spirits and remind him of his inner strength, we booked a session at Enchanted Fairies.From the moment we arrived, the transformation was palpable. He was laughing and smiling, truly living in the moment. That evening, he told me it was the best day ever words that brought tears to my eyes.Attending the portrait premiere was an emotional journey. I tried to hold back tears, but the images overwhelmed me with joy. Seeing the twinkle in his eyes, the confidence in his stance, and even his unique ***** of flexing his toes when hes excited, was heartwarming. Enchanted Fairies captured these intimate details that reveal so much about his spirit and the magical experience he had.The crowning moment was when he came home to find a magnificent portrait of himself hanging in our living room. We also received two additional portraits, one for his mother and one for his grandmother. Now, wherever he goes, he carries a reminder of that special day, affirming that he is strong, brave, kind, and capable of anything.Thank you, Enchanted Fairies, for creating such a profound and lasting memory. My son has a great time at the photoshoot and we're happy with the photos! The session was $25 for just my son and the sales rep worked with me to customize a package. They had some expensive options but I paid around $800 for the package I created and I'm incredibly happy with the outcome!Review from Ian P

This is a scam company that uses pressure sales tactics to get you to purchase photos for thousands of dollars. My older parents were sadly pressured into buying a singular $500 photo after being told on a virtual call, that they had to decide right then and there if they wanted a photo or they would no longer be available. Stay far away from this place. Outlandishly and I mean OUTLANDISHLY priced photos and bullying pressure sales tactics is disgusting.

They are only after money!!! They will trick you into believing what they have to say then put in SMALL prints that you can not cancel an order. No refunds etc. they are all about commission!!! I brought my daughter, and we had such a fun time! The photographer made us feel welcome, and the experience was truly magical. I was completely blown away with the artwork, and we gave the larger portrait as a gifts to her grandparents. They were moved to tears when they saw her portrait. We absolutely love her storybook, and the best part about it is that family members can sign her book and write special messages for her. Truly a family heirloom and treasure. Great experience my daughter was treated like a princess and her photos were amazing. The photos are an investment but the quality is amazing and Enchanted has better deals than any fine art studio we have used.
