              We ordered two large pizzas from Pizza Hut at ********************************** around 3:30pm on April 20, 2024. There was a promotion to get the second pizza for $1. When we received the two large 14 inch pizza boxes, we were dismayed to open the boxes and find a 12-inch pizza in each box. We took photos with a ruler to clearly document this error. We then immediately called the restaurant to ask for them to resolve the issue. They started off by saying we were sent 14-inch pizzas. After a lot of back and forth, she finally agreed that we were sent the wrong pizzas and offered a $15 discount off our next order. Knowing how those discounts often get lost and really not wanting to make another order, we pushed back for a refund. They declined and said they cant do that. They said the manager would call us later, but Im pretty certain theyre hoping we just go away. I looked online to contact Pizza *** head office and they do not take complaints. We just want our money back since we were not given what we paid for.

              I ordered a pizza and never received it nor compensated i was told by the driver that the workers were outside smoking and laughing and told the driver that the pizza was made but inside and could not get back in so I ordered at almost 12 am and was getting updates by text until after 3 am they're closing time I have emails and text messages showing everything but the company has not respond to me at all and I have attempted to complain to they're corporate office and still nothing that was june 25th I still have not heard anything from corporate or the restaurant itself and the Lady that said she was the manager of the restaurant would not give me her name and hung up on me I ordered 2 pies because they would not deliver 1 at that late hour even though I only needed one and never received anything .
