      In July 2023, 3 Kings Roofing replaced my entire roof, after severe storm damage. After replacement, the roof is still leaking in one location. I have had to place a bucket under the spot with every major rain we have had since installation. The interior ceiling is now damaged and there is most likely further water damage in my attic.I have called 3 Kings Roofing three times and expressed my concerns, with no action completed toward repair, nor picking up their remaining materials stacked in my garage. The 3 Kings Roofing main phone is forwarded to one technician whose phone mailbox is full and won't accept further messages. I have registered my complaint on the 3 Kings Roofing website, with no response. I have gone to their ************* which was closed during their standard business hours. I left a note on their office door, asking 3 Kings to call me, again with no response.I wish 3 Kings Roofing to repair the leakage and to pick up their remaining materials stacked in my garage. There has been no action on these two requests, and I am unable to contact this company. I do not wish to yet initiate legal action due to cost of attorneys, but this may be my only recourse remaining if the BBB cannot assist. I am hoping that the BBB can help me in contacting the company and arbitrating my concerns.

      I apologize you are having issues.  This is the first we are hearing about it and will respond immediately we dont ignore anyone especially not warranty related issues.  The rep that you worked with is no longer with the company and our ************ number works and there is a repair extension as well as ***********************************  If you need to ever reach us.

      3 kings roofing replaced ******* on Nov-2023 in **********, ** after 40 days cause curling and buckling shingles at the borders with gutters and the gap at some area is getting bigger due to improper installation. the agent who I signed the contract came two weeks ago and promise that someone from 3 kings roofing will contact me and fix the problem. the problem is so far no one contacted me I called the agent 6 time, and left many messages. also I called 3 kings roofing ************ several times and left messages up to now no response. the situation is serious, that leak may cause damage to ceiling, walls and Furnitures. I would like to know 3 king ********************** going to response to this issue and or not. H N

      I am getting with our repair team and they will be getting someone out for you.  I apologize if your sales rep or pm havent responded but you are under our warranty program and if it is a workmanship error we will get it corrected.

      3 Kings Roofing has not fulfilled their referral program reward as stated in their brochure. I referred them to ************************* at ********************. Her job was completed 10 weeks ago and I was told I would receive a check for this referral in 3 weeks following completion of her job. After several attempts to contact 3 Kings Roofing about the advertised $300.00 referral reward, nothing has been done. I am looking for a check in the amount of $300.00. Thank you for any help you can provide me.

      We will always honor our referral program.  We typically pay out the referral when we have been fully paid on the job that was referred.  I will get with our team and make sure it is taken care of.    Anytime just call our headquarters at ************ for any issues you ever have in the future.

      Thank you for your help in this matter. We have yet to hear from 3 Kings roofing in response to the referral reward that we are supposed to receive.  Is there anything else that we need to do to bring this to a close?

      We had a bad hail storm on November 28 and they did the work and I received a check for 28k. Now the insurance has called and said they want more but they aren't getting what they want. The insurance said they are sending a check to me but they think that 3 kings is committing insurance fraud. It shouldn't cost more than the original payment they say. It bad when companies like this are still in business.

      We have and never will commit insurance fraud. If we sent the carrier the cost the scope of work costs/entails that isnt insurance fraud. If they refuse to pay a supplement or we and the carrier agree to a final price that isnt insurance fraud. What is insurance fraud is a home owner keeping insurance paid funds.

      There is zero complaint about the workmanship quality or work performed so a refund for the work performed isnt a reasonable request and this is slander. As all we are attempting to do is fix your home correctly and follow the insurance adjusters worksheet.

      If you have a problem with anything please contact us and your pm/rep on file and we would happily assist you. I feel this is a smear attempt and trying to get a monetary gain not a valid complaint.

      3 kings Roofing installed a new roof and the completion date was 1-9-19. I have a leak in my roof and they, after a brief inspection said that my 35 year warranty was VOID, but did not give me a reason and they refuse to call me back with a reason.

      The damage was caused from the home owner attempting his own repair which isnt a workmanship error. However we had already instructed the crew to take care of the repair. So this is already being addressed.

      Early in the year there was a bad hail storm through central Texas causing lots of damage for many people including myself and I hired 3 Kings Roofing to replace my roof. I provided an initial payment of about $4,500 to start the work and everything was schedule and work completed. I was told I would receive another payment from insurance to provide to 3 Kings but it never came. I inquired with Mason with the company and shortly I was notified by my insurance the payment would arrive within 4-6 weeks. I maintained communication with them about payment. I then started to receive calls asking where the money was. I told them about the insurance timeline and they called again. When I received the check, I scheduled a time for Mason to come collect it and he rescheduled last minute. Once collecting the money from me I was told I would receive documentation of completion of work and roofing warranty info for my records and To send to my insurance. It has been over two months and still have not received anything. I have attempted to reach out to Mason directly, an Austin office, who was calling me for payment, and the supervisor Rick who refers me to Mason who nevera reaches out. I have also emailed the main corp. email from their website and have no luck. I would like my documents. Maybe they are not planning on providing me with them. Maybe they don't for other people, I don't know. I just would like proof of what was put on my roof and warranty info in the event something happens and it needs repair again. Until the documents are provided, the job to me has not been completed even after paying over $10,000 for my roof.
