    I went to The Good Feet Store for help with my hips. I am a blind senior citizen. I went through the process on being fitted and purchased a corrective 3 arch support system. They required me to apply for a credit card I did not need nor want, this should have been a red flag. I wore the arch supports as prescribed for 5 days. During this time my hip pain worsened, and my back started hurting. My daughter drove me back to the store and I spoke to a regional manager hoping to get a refund. Instead, they exchanged two of the arch supports for non-corrective ones. These have not helped my hips or back. I would never recommend The Good Feet Store to anyone. Dont be taken advantage of as I was.

    We are sorry that this customer was unhappy with our service. She came in on 6/15/24 with hip and back concerns and we printed and measured her for custom fit supports. She was able to walk in them before buying and we reviewed the wearing schedule with her as your feet and body have to become acclimated to the supports. One support actually is helping with re alignment of the body and takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to align and have your body acclimated. **************** came back in on day 6 and said the supports were not helping and she felt worse as small alignment changes can for a few days just like working out. **************** did not want to try or let us look at any more corrective supports so we exchanged with comfort supports for her per her request. These supports still provide distribution of weight and ankle stabilization. Our regional manager shared with the customer his phone number and asked her to reach out directly to him if she had any problems or concerns. We also called her on 6/24 after the exchange to see how she was doing. We have not heard back from her. As a rule we offer customers an opportunity to use care credit which is a medical card that provides deferred interest anywhere from 12 to 18 months and is never required on our part. We just offer payment plans with the opportunity to spread payments out with no interest if paid within the 12 to 18 month timeframe. We are still more than willing to work with **************** if she would like us to re evaluate her supports. We have been in business for over ***************************************** providing comfort, balance and support.
