Order #: ******* Total Paid: $ ****** Signazon offered $50 credit for future use. FULL Refund to credit card requested Dispute: I ordered the premium car decal in vinyl as the product was advertised for DIY. I followed the instructions on the product page as well as the "full installation guide" in the ************ Upon pealing the sticker off of the blank sheet, the sticker stretched, the sticker became distorted and unusable.I have called the company, but they are seeming to give me the run around and offer a fraction of what I paid for the product--when in reality the product they sold me is NOT a do-it-yourself sticker. I would find it hard to believe a professional would be able to install without any flaws. Note: I have order a different product on a different order from them and it was actually great quality. My wife ordered Qty (4) magnetic signs for my 2016 truck (F150) for Christmas. I unwrapped the signs and followed the instructions on how to "Re-magnify" the signs if they had lost any magnetic properties. That worked just fine but when it was time to put them on my truck, they would not even remotely stick to it. After several weeks and taking pictures of the signs not sticking and trying to put them on a clean flat surface, we were told that we could only get a $45 credit. When I let them know that this is unacceptable a few days later (over the weekend) increased the amount to $75 but still would not give a full refund. The company even shows the magnetic signs on the site on a **** F150.Initial Complaint

My daughter placed an order online and because I was unhappy with a different order they did a year ago they refused to do the order for my daughter. They told her because her mom was a customer previously and was unhappy with a window wrap they flagged the account - address -from any future orders. They refuse t give anything in writing stating such.Business response

A local sign shop at your neighbor would be much better fit for your project, since most of them can provide consultation, design, print and installation services for entire project cycle to achieve all of your goals under one roof.
