Won't stand behind their policies! Ordered two XL t-shirts and one is clearly much smaller (closer to a medium size). Sent a picture to show size differences and even though their return policy states "we ensure that all items we resell are as described by our vendors" they want ME to pay return shipping and reorder another shirt in the meantime with no guarantee they will approve a refund! Have emailed back twice, and now they will not respond. It's terrible to pay a 100% mark-up plus shipping for a product and then get ignored for something they did wrong. Buyer beware! I ordered some foodie treats from Texas Snax that they shipped out via ***** I received an email stating they'd been delivered but my front stoop and mailbox were empty. After reaching out directly to **** and posting a note seeking my missing package on FB and the community box for 10 days I emailed to ask if they would resend and all I got in reply was "Unfortunately, our policy is that items that are marked as delivered are delivered, and we aren't going to buy them a free second package." That's it. So I'm out $60 and have to buy a second birthday gift, as that's what this order was for... and they could care less. I'm just saying... My customer service experienced has been awful and I'll never buy from them again but you do you.Review from christi s

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was charged $34.95 for a tshirt that had a cost tag of $17.98. This place is a total scam!

We do say on our listing for every single item: "We purchase this "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like 2023" Christmas Shirt at retail value from Buc-ee's; this is a genuine product. Prices through us at Texas Snax will be higher than directly from Buc-ee's." (this example is from the item you purchased). We are very transparent that we are a third party seller and that our prices will be higher than if you shop at Buc-ee's. We also issue refunds for items that are returned in unused condition if you are unhappy with the item you purchased and feel that you would be better served by buying directly from a Buc-ee's store or another third party seller. Yes, we remove tags. If we don't remove them people get mad that we ****ed prices up (even though we are very transparent that we are a reseller and **** our prices up). Refer to previous complaints here on BBB.Looks like people are mad either way though, so we are likely cursed to just have an F in terms of being a good business according to BBB.Review from Jose F

I have had excellent service from Texas snax. Everything was shipped in a timely manner, and all our bucee snacks, and coffee was fresh and delicious! even got an email from ***** the owner,making sure our order was shipped in a timely manner!Texas Snax Response

I ordered stuff from them almost a month and a half age with only one response saying that some things I ordered weren't in stock but they never contacted me about it. That was about about a month ago and I tried contacting them again but they never got back to me. And I don't think they have any intention on contacting me.
