  I would like to share my experience with headline solar. First of in December the sales man ***** ****** had a reunion and "explained" the easy process of installing and getting set up with the panels. February they were installed and we were supposed to wait for the inspection to completed and it's already mid August and we have not yet heard anything from the company nor the sales man. I have attempted to contact ****** ***** project manager and she's told us the inspector has been in vacation ever since and doesn't know when he will be back. The asked if I could turn them on but the cables were not even installed in order for me to connect them. I have been attempting to contact the sales man and the project manager and have not received any solution to this ongoing issue. At this point I want them to take them off and have my business be taken serious by another company instead. This business has not been fulfilled as promised.

They stated they were going to send someone to be able to finish the job. The representative whom i spoke explained that there was an agent in charge of the projects for the state of Texas and he left the company therefore he was going to be taking care into this matter going forward. But, what i find difficult to understand is why was there no one in charge of our case since the moment that person left the position vacant. Over the phone the rep said he'll call me to schedule the visit, but i haven't heard from him just yet. I would to ask if you can please leave the case open since only by your pressure this company has reached out. Thank you! Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/10/28) */ We have contacted the client.
