ordered a car part from ************. Was told the part would be in the next day. Was charged ********. The next day called to come in to have part installed, manager ******* said it would be the next day. Waited for the next day and called and was told again it would be the next day. We waited and the next time she again said it would be the next day. We were now out of time to have the part installed due to a trip, so we asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They refunded $1,193.02, shorting me $100. The manager ******* said she did not know why it was not a full refund but may be a fee involved. I asked her to have the owner call me so I could get the remainder of the refund. None ever came. I made several calls, day after day asking for the owner to contact me, which never happened. I have also contacted the credit card company. I just received in my spam mail a letter from the owner with a 'cease and dessist' , threatening to call my employer (who is not related to this issue). Again, I have not been contacted any other time by the owner or manager in regards to the $100 owed me. Document attached with details.Customer response

Company has partially refunded my payment. They still owe me $100 for which they are claiming is a restock fee.
