Business ProfileforMini Mall Storage Properties - US Headquarters

For the last 6 months, I have been trying to get out of the storage unit in ********** Wv. I did not sign a new lease when the company was bought out by Mini Mall Storage which was previously rhino self storage. My lease went up in price (without my signature/knowledge) and they changed the due date, also without my knowledge. Because of the change in due date, I got behind one month and they told me they were putting my stuff up for auction. I paid off the balance and feed ($300 some) and continued with my lease. Any time I go down to the office to try to end my lease, nobody is ever at the building, even during working business hours. I cannot afford the amount theyre charging a month, so I told them this and I told them I want to pay whatever im going to owe and get my stuff out. I get voicemails from them, but the call back numbers they leave are no longer in service, moment after the phone call. I just called yesterday (5/13) to confirm that someone would be at the office so I could immediately pay whatever I will owe, get my stuff, and end my lease agreement with mini mall (which I did not sign in the first place). Office manager assured me he would be there 8:30-5:30, so we stopped by at 11:30 and all doors were locked and no one was around. Every time I go to the office, no one is there, but on the phone they assure you someone is working. I was also on the phone for an extended period of time today (5/14) and still was not connected to an employee. All I want to do is get my stuff out of the unit so that I dont have to continue with their unprofessional way of managing their business, but no one is ever around for me to do so.
