              They promised to file my taxes and made me pay big amount to IRS and their filing fees. But refused to submit my taxes immediately after paying their fees, 2 days before the last day (already extended). I had to hire another CPA and got my taxes done on the last day and paid his fee as well. When I asked My tax filer CPA for refund, they simply refused. Very unprofessional and unethical. I would give 0 rating for MYTAXFILER. They cheated and dumped me right before the last day.
