11/18/23 I was overcharged for transportation from my home to ************************** and back to my home. I do not know where the driver went during the procedure or the wait time afterwards. I was charged for that also. I want reimbursed for half of this charge.Business response

I apologize for the delay in my response. I never saw the first attempt in trying to contact me. I'm not sure why she has filed a complaint against me. I spoke with ****************** and informed her that I would refund her full amount and then charge her $125.00. She said she was fine with that. I refunded her full amount of $246.00 on 11/22/2023 at 5:26 AM. I then waited until 11/27/2023 at 5:48 PM to charge her card for the $125.00. The reason for me waiting is so her $246.00 would make it back to her card before the $125.00 was charged to it. I have included attachments of both of these transactions.
When ****************** booked the transport, she asked me if we waited for her while she was at the dr. I explained to her that we did not wait and we would be called after her appointment was completed and we would return to get her. So I'm not sure why she is saying that where was the driver during her procedure. Secondly, when she booked the transport, she asked what the charges would be. I explained to her that we charged a $75.00 pick fee each way plus $4.00 per mile. This rate is our standard Weekend / Holiday Rate. We picked her up from her residence located at ********************************* ************** ** and transported her to ******************************************************, which was a distance of 12 miles. ********** comes to the total of $246.00. ****************** contacted me and said she had been over charged and said she wanted to be refunded half the money back. I was taken back by this because the fee had already been discussed and set. I don't want my customers to be dissatisfied. so I agreed to refund her money and charge $125.00
