I would give zero starts if possible & send a bill for the time I’ve used to help other people not walk, but RUN from this dealership. Having had 26+ years on the executive front of high-end auto dealerships, I can say this group is one or the worst I’ve dealt with in a very long time. No clue how they have kept their low-rent doors open. The lack of common knowledge & professionalism is exactly why people can’t stand the auto business.

Typically, I service my Lexus at Park Place and there was an issue with a sensor yet had to bring it to purchasing dealership for extended warranty coverage, Autos of Dallas. Upon arriving on service drive, was not greeted and had to walk in to a person on their phone with their leg propped up on the desk. Of course, Autos of Dallas claimed damage to sensor and won’t cover under extended warranty. Don’t buy the extended warranty, they will find a way to not cover it. After sharing my experience with the extended warranty company, I was advised to obtain a waiver to have service completed under warranty at Park Place. After requesting the waiver, Autos of Dallas offered to cover the repair for free if I take the review down and go silent. (See image below) I declined, again requested a waiver to have my truck serviced at Park Park, along with offering to add a resolution comment to the review. 3 business days later, no response. Fixing it for free doesn’t address my concern, eliminate the horrible experience, or instill trust in the service department. Be aware most of these positive reviews were probably incentivized or coerced. The lack of professionalism and integrity is a disgrace. Don’t waste your time or money!

If i could give zero stars, i will give that. No courtesy or empathy. Money comes first here. I was looking for used Audi 2019 A6 Black. I was in communication with 2 of their sales associates for this car. On friday 01/20/2023 I made an appointment for saturday 01/21/2023. Mentioned many times that i will be driving from *******. Got here late friday night, pre approved for the loan. All excited to go get the car. Got a text 20 minutes before my appointment that car was sold. What a frustrating experience. We still got there but no courtesy , no empathy . All they said they dont have control on that. Like what kind of customer experience is that? Whats the point of me driving 4 hours from ******* going back with nothing? They clearly said , we cant hold a car if we have a buyer sitting ready with avalaible cash or finance. Pathetic experience. Not recommended.

I would like to start by saying that I like and enjoy the 2019 Maserati Ghibli that I purchased from AOD on August 26, 2022. However the tires were not worthy to pass inspection. One in particular had a hole in the outside wall (on the rear driver side). When I picked up the car (at the end of contract signing) my wife and found the hole. It look to be patched and the sales person wasn't going to inform us. He gave me and "I owe you" for tires and failed to mention this hole in the side wall. I thought that I would get tires in a few days (a week at least). It turned into a little over a month and that was with me calling and texting for a status. When they changed the rear tires, they just put 2 more used tires of the car and they will not pass inspection. However, the most important part on this is how did this vehicle pass inspection with at least 1 severely bad tire. Beware; they will not take outside financing. Things that are usually an option at most major dealerships, make mandatory at AOD. It took a little over 2 months to get tags. I could not refinance the ****% interest that they said was the best that they could get (I have an 800+ credit score). My experience with AOD was not good. I would never do business with them again or refer someone to them.

I test drove an Audi A6 last week. We ended up deciding against it. It was really dirty and looked like someone had spilled food and crumbs in the console. Finger prints all over the dash so that didn't help it's cause. I accidentally left my ID in the car because the salesman, Walter, didn't get a copy inside the dealership. I accidentally left my ID in that car when it fell out of my pocket. It was between the door and the drivers seat. I looked to see what fell but didn't see anything because usually my ID goes right back in my wallet with location device. I needed my ID on Wednesday and discovered I didn't have it. I knew immediately the sound I heard was my ID falling down into that space I failed to adequately inspect when I was trying to see what fell. When I called the dealership I tried to talk to the salesman who helped me who was off that day. A nice person took my phone number in my name told me they would go look in the car and see if my identification was there. 24 hours went by and I hadn't heard anything from that individual. I called the dealership this morning to talk to Walter because I would knew he was supposed to be there at 8 AM. I need to talk to him directly so that I could make sure and explain to him how the ID had fallen and where to look. Instead of accommodating me and letting me speak to him I kept getting his voicemail when I called back to try to explain to someone that I needed to speak to him directly they were very rude and telling me that Walter doesn't have your ID. I explain to that lady that yes I'm sure he doesn't I remember him handing it back to me through the window but that it had fallen down inside the interior of the car and I needed to tell him where to look. When she refused to get him for me I wanted a manager. I'm running out of space but basically I was hung up on five times I was called a baby I was called an ******* and I was treated with disrespect. My ID was in the car. The GM said he would "deal" with me.

Much of what the customer said is true, especially regarding the license being lost due falling out of his pocket, but the truth is, he called several times and was told the same thing each time... that his sales rep was not available just yet and we would have him call the customer back. At one point, one of our salesman asked if he could assist and the customer went biligerint to our salesman using extremely foul language and even yelled at our rep calling him a homophobic slur (this salesman is one of the most personable people we have on our staff and has NEVER had any customer complaints about his attitude or service!).
So one of our staff went and checked the car, found the license, called the customer to inform him that we have it and the customer again started screaming at the sales rep yelling, cussing and making threats of bodily harm. He (customer) then came up to our store, was handed his licence, yelled/cussed at the receptionist and then stormed (uninvited) to the GM's office like a mad man and started yelling and cussing at him. He was asked (then told) to leave and started threatening the GM with fighting!
I can assure you NOBODY here used cuss words or called hima baby. Our phone calls are recorded and we verified everything we have stated here to be true!

THESE are the facts, nothing more, nothing less!

As usual a car dealer lies to try to make themselves look good. I didn't get upset until someone called me an *******. I told him I knew I dropped my license, like dropping my license out of my pocket makes me some kind of mental midget or something. Jake the manager himself hung up on me. Do you know what it's like to go to the DMV these days? And it's not true that they said Walter would get back to me Walter said he didn't have my license and 4 other people said my license just wasn't there. Don't be typical wine car salesman. Tray is they only decent person in this incident. I will be happy to come back and talk about this again.

It's very unfortunate that a simple mistake by this person has led to such anger and arguing back & forth and we regret that this was not able to be resolved in the proper manner!

Again, no lies from us, only the complainant who is also omitting pertinent info, such as - in the first few calls to our dealership, he didn't tell anyone that he knew he had dropped his license in our car. He kept yelling & cussing at everyone he talked with including the one who he called a homophobic slur, again while using extremely foul language. He just kept insinuating that we had the license and that we must have lost it, at least this is what everyone assumed he was suggesting. Not until he told Trea (5th and final phone call) to look in the car for the license, did we know that he thought that it [license] may be in there. Again, our phone calls are recorded and we have verified EVERYTHING we state in our reponses!

With the way the customer has treated our staff, including our receptionist, with extremely foul language, homophobic slurs and threats of violence, we have no desire to have him come up here to "talk about this again". If he were to show up here again, we feel that for the safety of our staff (and clients), we would feel it necessary to have him Trespassed from our dealership!
He has his license (that HE lost) and we have no reason nor desire to hash this out any further. We wish him well!

On Thursday, October 14, 2021 I was asked by a family member in a different state to view a car at Autos of Dallas that they were interested in purchasing. They were in contact with a salesman by the name of Albert, who I was referred to speak with upon arrival at the dealership. I arrived at about 5:30pm (in Dallas traffic) and provided my driver's license and car insurance so Albert could make copies for their files. I also signed something like a Borrower's contract. The salesman told me that the contract simply stated that I was test driving the car and had not stolen it. Later I was given the keys to test drive the 2017 Dodge Charger. Albert told me jokingly to "go wherever I wanted in the United States" and he also mentioned that there was a tracking device on the car so they would know where it was. At this time, my own vehicle was parked in the front of the dealership. I sat in the car a few moments before leaving and getting into heavy traffic at around 6pm. I went into a nearby Target parking lot to turn around and head back to the dealership when I received a call from Albert's personal phone using foul language and curse words towards me. He asked, "When are you bringing back our ****** car"? I told reminded him that he told me to go drive it like he said and that I was headed back. He then exclaimed, "I didn't tell your *** that" and hung up.
I was floored by the way I had been spoken to and fought traffic once again to bring the dealer's used Dodge Charger back. When I arrived, Albert was outside taking pictures of my car and I'm assuming the license plates as well. Once I parked the vehicle, he yanked the keys from my hand and drove to the back of the parking lot.
I have little understanding of why Albert spoke to me the way he did and I am still shocked. I am even more concerned that a person with this type of attitude has access to a copy of my driver's license and car insurance.
There are many, many dealerships in the Dallas area and I am more than sure that you can find a better deal somewhere else with more professional salespeople. I do not see a picture of Albert on Autos of Dallas' website so maybe he is new to the team and hopefully management is willing to consider the type of person they have employed.

We have discussed this situation with our sales rep mentioned by the customer and as one might guess, he has a slightly different story where he states that he DID NOT curse or use foul language with the customer and only called to enquire about where our car was since it had been WAY over a reasonable amount of time for a sufficient test drive (she was gone for over an hour). He (salesman) said that when he asked when the customer would be returning with our car, she (customer) got rude and said "I'll get there when I get there". Apparently she was running errands/shopping while in our car.

Also, the reason that the salesman took photos of the car she left here is that, a common method thieves use to steal cars is to take a long test drive and have someone else walk up and drive her car off the lot and the salesman wanted to make sure we had info on that car, just in case!
That said, we are in NO WAY implying that this customer was attempting anything nefarious at all! She just took longer than we allow to test drive in the car and we called to make sure she was on her way back since it was getting close to closing time.

This is simply not true and if the management of Autos of Dallas is interested in getting to the bottom of what happened I will gladly supply pictures of the car that I took in the dealership's parking lot. ****** opened the hood of the car and the trunk. The time stamps on the first pictures are at 5:45pm. I spent minutes inside the car recording videos for my family member who was the potential buyer and the time stamp on the video was at 5:47pm. I sat in the car longer adjusting the seat and mirrors before I left the lot. My videos clearly show the front of the Autos of Dallas building. I have time stamped pictures of a warped piece of plastic on the door of the car on Plano Parkway (yards away from the dealership) at 5:53pm. I'm sure that a business of this size would have security cameras that would show that I entered your building at 5:30pm. The salesman made copies of my license and insurance card, something I probably would not have provided if I planned to steal a car. He explained that he had driven the car through a car wash in the back. That was right before he explained that there was GPS tracking on the vehicle. Your GPS system should provide times to prove I was not gone in the vehicle over an hour "shopping" as ****** claims. I can easily provide screenshots or a call log from my mobile provider to show that ****** called me at 6:10pm cursing me about the returning the **** car. I was out of the parking lot all of 15 minutes before I was cursed at by your salesman. I do challenge a member of management to reach out to me via phone or email so I can provide documentation but then again, surely you should be able to produce security camera footage to prove that ******'s claims are incorrect. I may not be able to prove the language and tone that he used with me but I can definitely prove the time frame that this all occurred. I never told him that I would get there when I get there. And I definitely would not leave my car at your dealership to steal a used Dodge. The sad part is that this story is very bizarre and over 24 hours later I am still shocked. There was no reason for his behavior and I'm upset to be on the receiving end of said behavior when I was only trying to help a family member. If anything, It seems that the salesman has an altered perception of reality and I would like to ensure that this troubled individual no longer has access to my personal information. I have a feeling this won't be the last complaint you receive about him.

***BUYER BEWARE!*** GREEDY, PUSHY, UNPROFESSIONAL SELLSPEOPLE WITH HIDDEN FEES!

My husband and I found a Land Rover Discovery SE online, called and asked if it was available, was told "YES", asked if they accept outside financing from the Credit Union of TX and was also told "YES!"

Was told the car would be out front so we could come check it out, got there the Salesman kept suggesting other vehicles. We declined, asked where was the Discovery he replied, "I can't find the keys, it must be in the shop" and suggested other Discoveries. We found another one, was told it'll be cleaned up and ready for pick up the next day.

Next morning we get a call from Kevin who says, "We can offer you a lower interest rate, we'll lower the Gap and Warranty as well. We have a quota to meet with Capital One and need this sale, but we don't care either way, we just want you to be happy." My husband and I considered and told him we'd be there by noon. We arrived met with Kevin and told him we'd stick with our Credit Union. He walked away to speak with financing manager RYAN S******* we can see them talking and Ryan is visibly upset, WE OVERHERD him saying, "I'M HAVING A BAD DAY, I'M TRYING TO HELP A CUSTOMER AND (inaudible), BUT NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED."....

Kevin returns and tells us, "We offered you our lowest rate and now THE OWNER DOES'NT WANT TO SELL YOU THE CAR".....WOW! (SEE TEXT BELOW). We didn't haggle the price nor complain about the $1300 non negotiable fee, but was denied the car because they worked hard to get us an offer that WE DID NOT ASK FOR and we respectfully declined.

The GREAT news is we purchased with a reputable luxury dealership "**********" where the was truly no haggling, no hidden fees, and professsional staff!

*Sidenote: We looked at several Discoveries on the lot, one had muffler problems, another had a cracked sunroof and missing door handle, and the one we chose had an accident on Carfax that was not mentioned to us or listed on the website. We found out on our own.
