Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about this company from my personal experience!Tip:Ask bout warranty _______________________________Experience not using AVP:_______________________________This was my first online car buying experience and so I did a lot of research on which make, model, maintenance charts/schedules, price ratios, etc. Even research the sellers too. I found the model I was interested online and looked at many dealers in *****. Previously decided on an official dealership selling the used model I wanted but it sold quickly before my financing could resolve due to them only holding cars if it was "on the insurance" which is useless because that's already sold+financed at that point._______________________________Auto Vault of Plano experience:_______________________________Found an even better version of the same model with less miles from Auto Vault of Plano and could NOT be happier so far!Great value, very fair prices, 5 year maintenance plans, quick transaction, easy financing with my credit union, and very fast delivery for cheap! I would highly recommend them to anyone as it stands.My salesman there named ***** was extremely prompt and helpful. Did not try to "wheel and deal" me or up/down-sell me on other models. I knew what I wanted and he was there to assist as best as possible. Answered all questions respectfully and swiftly. The CARFAX report looked amazing and the car drives like it too! For reference, the car they sold me was at 84k miles and about $2000 below the average price for make/model/mileage.I told ************ wanted to reserve the car to make sure. He told me not a problem and that I was able to reserve it that day for $500 down-payment on the total. That worked out great by reserving the car and lowering my principal for financing!I am now trying to see about any potential extended warranties available through the dealer since I've had such a positive experience with them so far!Thanks again! :)
