    I called ********************* last January 16, ******************************************************************************************************* to new agents, Finally, the agent that entertained me just told me that that they will schedule the diagnosis and asked if we are still on warranty. I said we are not sure because an outside party ordered it for us which is ******** who also helped with renovation of the house. The agent said that they will call me back and let me know if the dishwasher is still on warranty. I gave them the full name and address and said that it was a built in dishwasher. The agent failed to mention that I need some paperwork.When the repair guy came, he said that we should get it repaired under warranty so after the visit, I called the customer service again and that's when the chasing began. They said that we are out of warranty and I said that's impossible because we have the bidding document and it happened 3rd week of January so the purchased happened after-- we are not just sure when.They transferred me to warranty department and they said they cant help us without that. I called ******** but they said they dont keep records after a year. I called customer service again and explained but they said they need receipts but I said I really dont have it but I can provide the bidding document as that's the only one I have.They said they will call me back but nobody called back. So I reached out again after I can't remember how many times, and the new agent said to send it to her via email and they will review and get back to me. By this time, it's already february, it's been a month and I've been on tremendous anxiety and stress.I followed up with them again and they said that the warranty was expired as it is more than two years and that they can no longer help **** was shocked and ******. I spent hours, and days trying to connect with them. They bumped me from each agent to another and then dismissed me like that. Worst!!
