April 6, 2024 -JS lawn service is supposed to take out shrubs, amend flowerbed soil, fertilize trees/shrubs for the front yard/flowerbeds for $900. Their field manager *** is very dishonest and never finished the job. I asked *****************************, the owner, for a refund of the tree fertilizers that was never applied to my trees but she never responded. They are very eager to take your money and at one point told me they wont do the job until I pay a down payment because they only take cash or check. April 10, 2024- *** is also doing under the table work without the knowledge of JS Lawn and I was victimized. I paid him $625 directly to convert my sprinkler system to drip on the front and back flowerbeds, amend the flowerbed in the back, take out the shrubs by the mailbox and plant flowers, check and repair damaged sprinkler heads and find one of the irrigation valve. Once I paid him in full he ran off and kept on promising me to finish the job. He only did everything partially and set up the drip system incorrectly, never tried to find the valve, didnt amend the soil on the flowerbed, and didnt plant any flowers. I asked him for a refund and never got a response. He told me in between the two jobs that he was doing the job without telling his employer and actually called in to do just that. Hes very dishonest and pretend like he knows what he is doing but he didnt put a pressure regulator on the irrigation system and did not put caps on the other sprinklers in the same zone where he converted one sprinkler to drip.The owner is oblivious and doesnt care. I paid $900 to JS Lawn and $625 to ***. Unfortunately I do not know his full name but I have his number ************. You can see the attached back and forth text messages. They want the client to pay in full but they dont give clients the full service. They are incompetent and dishonest.
