On February 6th 2024 I contacted the leasing office about a malfunctioning ** unit. It took several phone calls before someone came out, eventually a week later the filter was changed and I was told the ** should start working. On 2/12/2024 I again contacted the leasing office to let them know the problem was not resolved. A member of maintenance came by on 2/15/2024 and again allegedly checked out the unit stating it had no cooling and that he would return before the end of the week. On Friday the 17th I contacted the leasing office about the cooling is*** being resolved as promised and was told someone would be out before the end of the day. The temperature reached 81 degrees inside. No one came. My self and children suffered throughout the weekend. I again called the leasing office on Monday to follow up again being told it would be resolved before the end of the day , again this did not happen. I contacted the office again the following day and was told there was a is*** with the company credit card being missing because the person who had it was out the office till the end of the week. On the 21st of February I contacted the leasing office and this time I was offered fans and was told they would bring them, which again didn't happen. Noting I was very ill with COVID and no ** in my sleeping quarters. On the *****th I repeatedly contacted the Avery Trace leasing office and repeatedly told a different story each time. On Thursday February the 29th I sent Avery Trace Apartments an email notice with intent to *** which was ignored even after I called the ************** and again was told there was a different is*** with correcting the is***, however it would be complete by Monday which is today and is still not complete. The temperature is 80 degrees inside with one ceiling fan and myself and my children suffering. I pay full market rent which has always been paid before the 1st of the month. This is unexceptionable and shows their mismanagement being intentional.
