8/9/2023 Heatherbrook Park apt community director has my tenant fix income unit billed at ***** dollars after their Supervisor has not adjusted my amount and billing to zero balance. HUD over Heatherbrook Park from my email proof explained the Heathebroook Park District Manager was contacted and the Supervisor for the Apt complex that allow my rent to be adjusted to the fix income amount and zero owed balance from my 6 month bank statement showing payroll direct deposit from the one source of income last 6 months these statements. After the district manager decided to assist with verifying *********** to pay bills as income filed a BBB complaint to stop me from being billed a balance to my rent more than my reported earning provided proof for .HUD closed my file to have Heatherbrook Park correct the rent error occupancy specialist changed my rent to $782 dollars calculated monthly to pay for the unit. Their is no person to *** and cause me a civil is*** and legal aid closed my file to have me stay billed on a contract to agree to. Instead of signing a contract to pay **** dollars filed this complaint to get my calculations for rent from their billing department or zero balance as resolution. This needed from my agreements signed canceled and the billing at this fix income apartment billed stayed adjusted as owed not removed from my Heatherbrook Park rent due.

      To whom it may concern,
      In regards to ***************************

Per Mr. ******* lease he is required to report all income changes to the office within 10 days. While pulling required quarterly *** reports it was found that **************** was employed. When he was originally called into the office due to the new hire report he confirmed he was employed but did not have the check stubs. We then let him know we could send the employment verification to which he agreed. We finalized his certification after receiving the employment verification came in: he was notified and signed off on the new rent amount.  At that time, we let him know that since it was due to unreported income he could do a repayment agreement with ***. However, after he received the balance amount owed that would need to be paid back. He then stated he did not work and had not received those payments. He also had his sister come into the office, she confirmed he had been working but no longer was. We gave her the same information as well as letting her know we would need documentation from the employer.
**************** then filed a complaint with **** that has since been closed out. The office and **** requested bank statements to verify any additional income. The request was made and per the statements provided it does in fact show a minimum of $6,000 in extra deposits. At this time all documentation shows he owes the balance and nothing has been provided by the resident to counter. I did speak to **************** to discuss the matter where I informed him that the balance would be owed. I advised that he would have thirty (30) days to pay off the balance in full or he would need to go into the office and sign the *** repayment agreement with the manager. He agreed to sign the repayment. At this time, he has signed the repayment agreement and has not paid his full rent.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

       Thank you,
      *******************************
      Regional Manager

I am rejecting this response because: June 1 2023 shows my social security direct deposit amount for 6 months is **** that is used for income which I am fine with the June 2023 recertified income amount from my award letter. Their is no other verified statement to legally allow her to bill me **************************************************************************************************************** owed after I paid my fix income amount. The payment agreement was not valid and I am not suppose to owe late fees and have $700 dollar rent at a fix income unit based on my income. For over 13 years *********** was not used to changed my hud agreement how the new property manager and their regional manager has admitted to not wanting to use my award letter proof I provided only to recertify me based on my ssa direct deposit income instead Itex wanting to bring up my transaction history that I used to pay on my personal items and bills. Their not talking normal about here is the *** letter that shows your income was provided from your company V3. I have contacted *** for the letter that explain my rent changes came from them and sent emails it didn't. Heatherbrook Park Apts have changed my recertification and I provided proof when they blame *** that it was not facts. Sending proof that someone in mediation can validate that *** explained my bank statement was used to assist with removing the balance billed from Heatherbrook Park apts. I did not provide a letter to management stating employed for my dba info that has never been open to earn income. *** explained I was dealing with matter of fraud from additional earning provided to Property Manager at Heatherbrook Park. I sent email proof my 6 month bank statement was requested from *** assisting me with not owing a balance and having a company with earning. They explained not needing to sign a payment agreement my direct deposit showing one income is used based on my income. *** contacted Heatherbrook Park because the info of my rent was changing did not come from them and their closing my file because their being helpful not having me billed and agreeing for me to owe disputed income.

      Sincerely,

      ***************************

At this time all that is needed is for **************** to come into the office and sign the repayment agreement like he agreed to on the recording. With all of the documentation of income on file there is nothing further I can do.

Proof never signed a repayment agreement the Supervisor for Heatherbrook Park Apts lied and explained agreed to money that *** sent emails I don't owe after providing my 6 month bank statement that was explained used for evidence that shows one payroll income was direct deposited to me not a second direct deposit payroll. The District Manager explained in the BBB complaint their using my personal transactions to bill me money and use it as a direct deposited paycheck to change my hud and rent from fix income. I am asking with this proof to update to my file that should correct their actions to their billing department and adjust my balance to zero asap. ****** other income was added to my hud agreement while the District Manager has responded to add **** dollars to bill me and not provide a Corporate letter from *** explaining it came from them instead of her staff. I provided the info from responded to and explained in the BBB complaint from the Heatherbrook Park I am given no choice to clear the balance but to pay ***** after attaching emails from *** not confirming any balance was paid in error. Their was nothing uploaded to find out the calculations and I have attached the proof of being billed on my hud agreement from what the Manager at Heatherbrook Park confirmed to District Manager who shows my SSI is my **** deposited income but want to use another source to bill me the balance filed a BBB complaint would like their sources of income not calculated illegally to bill to my *** lease agreement income below poverty. Requesting the business account removed I provided attachments and recording explained never stating the decisions their making from trying to confirm them with me because I have filled a BBB complaint to be assisted and helped not penalized. The Disability rights case worker closed my file and explained my bank statements what was explained in the BBB report I had to get the District Manager to correct their statement and have them follow legal steps to ethically know not to use my transactions to bill me when it is not a payroll direct deposit check. My SSI was the only payroll direct deposit check on my 6 month bank statement and the Legal Aid attorney provided attachment their not legit wanted me to agree to false information used to bill me a rent balance. REQUESTING mediation for Heatherbrook Park Apartments to supply a estimate and calculation of the ****** Business Income their billing to a rent and hud balance after using the amount to cause me late fees and higher rent amounts while my income is below poverty. I don't even have a hundred dollar checking account balance to give them the money grossed because their aware they changed my hud agreement and don't have my estimate as under hundreds. Their showing I don't have any remaining balance from even my SSI income and want to bring up their emotional ideas of using my posted transaction on my bank statement as other additional

I had to file a complaint after being billed September 2023 a balance that my income was not provided from me to Heatherbrook *********** the amount responsible for. The apartment complex is fix income and ******************************* kept making up business earning to cause change to crisis amount my rent balance owed. The new regional manager for Heatherbrook Park made up that I signed a repayment agreement. This employee can't be trusted to speak honest on a tenant disabled from work. The payment agreement calculation was dishonest and mediation is needed for them to provide what she stated that I signed a hud agreement because it never was the legal authorized agreement and not even a letter from the real *** office. This complaint not accepted from having hud compliance never providing Heatherbrook Park any information that their needing my 6 month bank statement their stating their legally using my everyday deposit for years to accuse it of being direct deposit payroll from quarterly employment I could not provide because I am not employed to update any income at the Heatherbrook Park apts to afford their billing of $4800 and over $800 monthly rent at this fix income address. The units are not sanitiary enough from their being unclean and run down flooring and electrical issues not replaced and repaired at several unit addresses. I did not admit to a business account after following the *** program advice to consider it was a matter of fraud and the business earning is requested to be removed from none provided and earned.

      Sincerely,

As you can see in the attachments provided by both parties' there are multiple documents providing proof of extra income not reported to the office which is in direct violation of his lease. At this time there is not anything more we can do for ****************, he will need to pay the balance in full since it is past the due date or sign the repayment agreement offered to him previously.

I am rejecting this response because: The provided info was ask from the Heatherbrook Park Property Manager and agreed my rent balance would no longer be owed. Their is nothing that was honored when agreed to not bill me income not earned. The information was used to blackmail a statement that I owe something and their is no reason to try and clear any issue up because you are billed money instead of being assisted. This company has stolen my rent payments and billed me a hud balance before that wasn't owed. Therefore I don't want to accept this company response because of the retaliation attitude response from knowing I provided enough evidence to not have earned and have a business showing earned. My checking and saving account does not have a extra $280 dollars for my zero earned weekly provided closed account to be used as income. Please read the additional income was zero earned was provided and used from what I have expressed and honored admitted owed in full $0. I have given kindness not in the work labor field to have been mistreated under the disability act for legally having business funds provided BBB evidence defended having earning. The response from the Business was that I have agreed to having income. Please allow their assumption to remain from me disputing the business income their stating to BBB as confirmed. I was explaining not agreed is fine for them to conclude and process this explained evidence sent for them verified. Here is my notary to stop Heatherbrook Park Apartments from billing me and charging me rent for the amount of Businesses
