On August 2021 Arthur’s Reparación replaced my ac system. I paid him 4,950. To replace the unit. A month ago I first called him to come check it out because the ac wasn’t blowing cold. He told me it was because the ducts were old that it wasn’t cooling a week later I called him back to go look at it, again he said it was because of the old ducts. The next day I called another guy that told me the system had less than half of Freon that it’s supposed to have and that I had a leak. He charged me 760$ to re solder the lines and recharge AC. Ac has been working good since then and blowing cold even though I didn’t replace the ducts.Business response

We did a great job, we used new units but the ducts are in poor condition, and the house was kept hot we notified the owner and he verified that it was true now he called someone else and fixed it but he said it is a leak freon..
