      I took my vechile in on 4-28-2023 for it over heating at idle. I was told it was the water pump. I got the water pump changed and on 4-29-2023 I was told it was ready upon arrival I was told by the manager *** that the mechanic had broken my.ac compressor along with no telling what else.. I left my truck there until 5-2-2023 I got a call saying it was ready. I pick it up only to NOW have more issues that I did not have before . On 5-6-2023 I take it back in for a.c issues AGAIN that was supposedly fixed. I was told I had a leaking valve. I pick up my vechile after I was told it was fixed on 5-8-2023 I ended up stranded on the side of the road with my 3 children because my truck was yet over heating again along with now having a tremendous leak under my vechile. I found out later in the day that I am in fact needing parts replaced that I was told by precision tune was replaced along with other terrible issues that my vechile did not have before bringing it in. The managers name is *****************************

      My desired outcome is to get a refund for the amount I paid for the parts that they said they fixed and to also have them pay for me to take my vehicle to a new shop and pay for everything that they messed up and said they fixed yet I'm still having problems with it

      ********************* brought her vehicle into the ***************** center for an overheat issue at idle. Vehicle was diagnosed with needing a water pump. During the replacement of the water pump, the technician needed to remove the a/c compressor to reach the water pump. In doing so the technician damaged the compressor. The manager notified ********************* of the damaged compressor and informed her that Precision Tune would replace the compressor with a new one at no charge. The technician that damaged the part was terminated for being careless and the manager completed the repair on this vehicle. Four days later ********************* returned stating her a/c wasn't cooling properly. This vehicle had a high side ********* valve leaking and it needed to be replaced. The repair was performed and the a/c operated properly. This failed valve is a maintenance item as is completely unrelated to the water pump or compressor repair. After lodging multiple complaints of many platforms containing very exaggerated claims, ********************** brought her vehicle to our Beaumont location to address her new complaints being: overheating vehicle, a/c not working, we installed cheap parts, further damage to her vehicle causing it to run poorly. None of these problems existed and were simply untrue. We did find that the fan shroud on this vehicle was missing and could not find any reference to it being missing during the original service so we ordered a fan shroud from the dealership as a courtesy. ********************* will return to have the shroud installed once it arrives. We have gone above and beyond what is fair.

      On Sept 28, 2021, I brought my truck in for diagnosis and repairs. I specifically discussed the issue and what was the problem with my truck. **** agreed to fix the truck. I told him that it was running hot and the heads needed to be removed and checked for cracks. In October he called and told me he thought it was just the water pump and so he changed it instead which was not the agreement. I got my truck back and it was still running hot. I took the truck back and again explained to him the real problem and he said okay. To my knowledge, he was going to pull the heads send them off to be checked. Again he held my truck until Dec 2021. All he said he was going to do was tear it down and replace the gaskets and that was it. It makes no sense to replace head gaskets if you are not going to check the heads for cracks. Again he still tried to do things the shortcut way. He never once called me the whole time my truck was in their possession to ask me if it was okay to do anything different from what we agreed upon. He took it upon himself to change my radiator cap didn't ask me anything nor tell me anything about that. The agreement was to pull heads send them off and put them back. I have spent money and my truck still runs hot after he told me he test drove it and it was not running hot anymore. I am just fed up being charged for unnecessary work and my truck is still not right. If he did not know how to diagnosis my truck the right way the first time instead of just throwing parts at it just to get me out the way, then why even agree to fix it. I am not going to keep buying unnecessary parts and he not even doing the work the full complete way.
