      ** DO NOT USE TWIN CITY NISSAN **In January I went and got a brand new Nissan Rouge - if youve seen the inside you know why. I put $15,000 down to make the payments more manageable. The sales experience was great - thats where the good stops. Two days after buying the car Im driving home and the radio goes black and wont turn on. Two hours later I go outside - it still isnt turning on. The next morning it all turns on. I call the dealership and they really dont give me the time of day. So my sales rep has me come in to the service department. The person who did my financing was there and walked me to the service department. The women I had spoken to on the phone was the same one at the desk. She rudely talks over me while Im telling the guy from finance what happened and that *** told me to come in. She then tells me that it has to happen more than once for them to do anything. I leave so mad Im shaking at this point. Fast forward two days later, ** leaving the store - go to put my car in reverse and the car stops and turns off. I finally get it to turn back on and I start getting notifications like crazy - check engine light is now on. Nissan then sends me an email that I should not go above 45 mph and to drive as little as possible. I called the service department to get my car in - have in mind this was a Friday - they couldnt get me in until the following Saturday. I drive minimum 30 miles each way to work - and I wasnt supposed to drive or go over 45?? Instead of waiting until Saturday I go in and see what they will give me for payoff. At this point I just wanted out of the car. I have a small child and we have to have a safe form of transportation. They were going to give me $13,000 less than I owed - remember when I said I put $15,000 down - I would be $13,000 UPSIDE DOWN??? Im now driving a 2016 Lexus that I am VERY upside down on so I have reliable transportation. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT buy from them.

      I apologize for the intermittent problems that you experienced seven months ago with your new Nissan Rogue. I know how frustrating it can be to experience this only for it not to happen when you bring it in for repair. In researching your complaint I noticed the vehicle has not had any warranty repairs performed on it in the short time you owned it or in the subsequent 6 months of someone else's ownership. I am sorry that the frustration of the situation led to the decision to trade your new vehicle in on a preowned vehicle.       Don’t buy a vehicle from here or use their service department. I’ve had issue after issue with my brand NEW vehicle that I purchased in May of 2021. Since January 2022, I’ve had to bring my car back to the 4 times, and as of 4:45 this morning, I will now need a repair for the FIFTH time. They have no idea what is actually wrong with my car and keep on “fixing it.” Which is clearly not working since the same light comes back up on my dashboard. At this point, I feel like TCH has had my car more than I have this year! Or close to that atleast. If I could rate this dealership a 0/5 stars, I would. Very disappointed. I can’t even keep the engine lights off to trade my car in to not have to deal with it anymore either! Absolutely ridiculous.
