My experience with Red Rover began after quickly taking deposit for concrete work and 20x20 storage building since this July 1st. Having to call and told that they having to get a third concrete company, and they would call, hmm no call received. Called to talk to manager, was told to stay on the phone, when after 30 minutes of holding, to be hung up on. I called back and got a recording. Now they don't answer, probably wrote my number down.I have called several times prior and seemed to get the runaround, I have texted and sent a voice mail requesting my deposit and not getting any replies back on my request.Will call my bank and report this company as well as to speak to my lawyer.All I request is to put my ******* deposit back into my bank account or legal actions and charges will be filed so I can move forward with a more reputable company.Poor business and management, buyer beware.Review from Adam R

Signed paperwork 6 weeks ago was told concrete was 3 weeks out, concrete guy called once 3 weeks ago and will not answer or return calls. These people are the worst, very unprofessional, make excuses, and will not call you back. Once they have your money and signed contract they forget about you. Save yourself time and headaches and find a reputable company to deal with. Worst company Ive ever dealt withReview from Christopher S

I would have given 5 but because of issues with concrete guy if he packed under slab with red **** and not red dirt it would have been great . The 4 guys that set the building up were great . Felt bad for them with all the rain . And red mud from the dirt and not the **** that should have been packed down . Would been so much easier and faster for them to put it up . Hired Red Rover Buildings and Carports to build a 30' x 40' x 14' building. They completed the building in April of 2022. I know nothing about how these buildings are constructed. I paid for matching screws and they did not use color matching screws, they didn't install bracing properly and every window leaks and I have been trying to contact them to try and resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
