february 2022 me and husband went to look at flooring and ending up purchasing around 10k worth of flooring. poor service and quality. i have some flooring coming up and owner said she didnt want to deal with me and to no longer call her store she wouldn't help me. seriously 10k and no help??? the sales person didn't even come look at the flooring after job was finished or took pictures of the finished job. i always get the run around and summer was the rudest person yelling and cussing at me on the phone. i can't believe people treat people like this. the installer left the job for 3 days to go back to ****** (illegal citizen??...probably) was supppose to return in 2 days...didn't show up until day 3. but they need to come inspect it and won't even do that. my carpet is wearing horrible after being told by ***** the sales person that this carpet was awesome. its not....its awful. a complete nightmareCustomer response

There is suppose to be 12 month labor warranty so that is up but they can do warranty work for my carpet but won't even look. She said I threatened her no I said that if she didn't email warranty then I will go up there.Business response

********************* has cursed, berated, and belittled not only myself but also my sales staff and the installer on her job. I have never cursed or yelled at her. I have the recordings of the phone calls in our office and the police reports that state it as well. Yes, we had to go as far as calling the police due to her threats and harassment.The installer on her job had to go to ********** when his grandmother passed away and she has continued to accuse him of being illegal when it is not the case. This only proves how racist she is to suggest that just because he was going to ********** that he must not be a legal ************* citizen. We are past our one-year labor warranty with ********************* and are under no contractual obligation to her. I did tell her if she needed repairs done that she would need to call another flooring store because I would not subject my employees to her behavior anymore after we dealt with her a year ago. I have sent her the warranty information and she is welcome to contact the manufacturer directly if she feels like there is a problem with the product she purchased a year and a half ago. We are out of our warranty with her and choose not to do anymore work with her. Our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is a reflection of our customer service, quality of work, and business standards. I will not engage with ********************* any further after this since we have already had to involve the police.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
These are all lies! I cussed at her not her staff! He told me he went to ****** not ********** and he did an awful job that he had to come back to fix with her also I called the police and they had no idea what I was talking about. This is.poor quality and the worst customer service I have ever had! She is lying! Lies after lies to make her and her awful business look better! The repair is an easy fix and if she doesn't want to help she can hire somebody to. I've heard awful stuff about her company and should have went with somebody else.
