After reading all the comments. And living in one of the rental properties this company does not care at all. They do half a** jobs (maintenance) and are rude. They show no remorse because they are not the one having to live in the house. Yes we do a walk through in the beginning but you never really know the status of a home until you live in it and see for yourself. I highly recommend that everyone thats in that office ( ***********, ******, *****) be replaced. And all of the units they have for rent be throughly looked at from the water pipes to the walls the floors, roof. Everything! Thank you.Review from Huxley S

Only a one star because I cant go any low than that. Horrible company all around. Places are outdated. When it came time for me to move out I went to put in my notice an got told it had to be at the beginning of the month pulled lease to find out that was a lie. When I addressed that I randomly got emails stating I had a rent increase of $250. Two pet fees of $250 then an unauthorized pet fee of $400. Ive been month to month since January an when I moved in I paid double deposit the area is horrible my son cant even play outside. Kids are always throwing things an littering. Animals running a muck. Kids running around unsupervised at a small age. Upon moving out I will have to sit down with the owner to resolve these issues. Definitely would not recommend not worth the hassle for anyone. Just a greedy company. Thankful for email receipts.
