My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. My AC was broken for 18 days in Houston, Texas in July and they dragged their feet in getting it fixed. There was lots of blame between them and ******** **** ******. I finally received an appointment time and was told they would arrive between 4-6pm. They didn't show up until 8:30 and they didn't call me to let me know they would be late. I called the company repeatedly to see if I needed to reschedule but no one answered or returned my calls. When they arrived, they offered no explanation or apology. The "technicians" they sent were 3 teenagers who were probably unlicensed. The truck they were driving looked like a junkyard truck and they didn't speak English. The manager Juan finally showed up and stayed in his truck most of the time and didn't inspect the work of the teenagers. I took pictures of the truck, license plate, the teenage "technicians", and the manager Juan to forward to my attorneys. They had me pay with my debit card over the phone which I was not comfortable with since I didn't know who I was talking to. I will be asking my attorneys if these teenage "technicians" are unlicensed, will I be liable to the other condo owners in my building if something goes wrong that may cause damage to their units since the AC units are on the roof? I would not use the company and I have asked ******** **** ****** to never send them to my place again. wow . it summer time it is hard to keep up with time ......appointment was eta 4-6 .....they did run behind on time but they were out to take care of business . also we don't employ anyone below the age of 18 .....anyone over 18 years old is a legal adult .as far as us to receive the compressor well that was through the home warranty so we did have to wait to receive the parts . we did go beyond and above I'm so sorry you think other wiseReview from M. b.

My AC blower motor in the attic failed and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer redesigned the replacement motor. The replacement motor has a 1/2 shaft where the original had a 5/8 shaft. The different shaft size requires that the blower wheel also be replaced with one designed for a ½ shaft. The new motor has different mounting points built into its design. So it also requires different mounting hardware. Cesar from royal flush replaced the motor and fan and used the old motor mount. The manufacturer (and sales advertisement) states the old motor mount cannot be used with this motor as its not compatible. The improper installation resulted in a very loud AC system and a lot of excess vibration in the system. When I complained about the noise Cesar told me this was normal. I got a second opinion stating there was excess vibration in the system and told this to the area manager and showed him where the sales information for this motor states that mount is not compatible and cannot be used. The manager told me if they have to redo the work they need to be paid for it. He said he would do some research and get back to me. That is the last I heard from them. The manage and the company stopped answering my phone calls. I have since had the parts replaced (at a substantial expense) and the noise and vibration is eliminated. Royal Flush was paid by American Home Shield. American home shield told me they do not cover noise or faulty/improper installs and that I need to deal with the service tech.Royal Flush A/C & Heating Response

We had two different techs go out to verify there was not failures with our parts installed . Our parts installed where OEM all were not cheap at all . First tech verified no issues , then our field manager went out and verified the same thing .No failures and no out the ordinary functions. Customer chose to go on his own and replace the parts at his discretion , thats fully at his discretion . We cant control his actions . We spoke to the customer about the situation numerous times .our installation was not improper and all these parts where covered and paid by his home warranty by the way . And correct , the home warranty offers coverage for failures , not “noise “ concerns.Customer Response

An incompatible part was re-used. I showed the field manager a piece of sales literature that said this cannot be done as the part is incompatible. Instead of correcting the issue the company is basically arguing that they know better than the manufacturer and that the manufacturers installation specifications don't apply to them. The field manager was also told the results of the second opinion, which was basically ignored. If a customer has a demonstratable problem caused by the install. The manufacturer stating the type of install is not allowed as it will causes a problem. A second opinion from a licensed HVAC tech stating that the improper install caused a problem. What else would it take to change your mind that maybe your company is not correct on this? The field manager never told me the install was correct. He made a comment about needing to be paid to redo the work. He said he would do some research and get back to me, which he never did.Review from Dennis M

We replaced our entire 2 units at our home in kingwood through Royal Flush. The entire process was incredibly quick and professional. The installers were very very good at what they do and very professional. 2 units replaced in one afternoon and cleaned up afterwards. We have since used Royal Flush to service our units twice a year and at all times prompt reliable service. I have subsequently used them for my business AC needs ( 5 units replaced with a crane) and every time amazing service. Cannot go wrong using them in my opinion.Review from Christine M

I have a home warranty with American Home Shield. I contacted the home warranty to set up an A/C tuneup. They dispatched Royal Flush A/C & Heating. They did the work on 4/5/2022, invoice number 63031. Contact said the unit was in great shape no issues but recommended a Compressor Saver Kit invoice number 63032, I agreed. Since installation the compressor seemed louder. I have called and left two voicemail messages one in April and another one yesterday as my unit is now not cooling my house. I went back to the home warranty company Mother's Day weekend, but because it is not within 30 days not covered. During the hottest weekend (Mother's Day) and now upcoming week, my house temperature is in the high 70s. I had service done to prevent this...super annoyed at the lack of response from this company. I do not recommend them. And the first available appointment for a new company to identify the issue is Thursday May, 12, 2022. If my unit has been damaged per their work, I will take action.Royal Flush A/C & Heating Response

we have not gotten a complaint to our office . nor voice mails that we know of . any voice mails after business hours we always call right back when in business hours . we are more than happy to help make things right if needed . our office hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday and 9-12 on Saturdays . this whole complaint is honestly news to us . we know nothing of . please call our office so we can help and best time to call is during business hours .Review from Eddie R V

Royal Flush was sent out by my home warranty. I was told they would be at my house between 11 and 2pm. Alex arrived earlier and was very courteous and professional. Work was performed in a timely manner and everything is working good now. Thank you
