      was told i could get financing for a transmission rebuild they came and picked the truck up only to find out there is no financing option was charged 4500 for a rebuild they said they had to replace the resivor for the radiator so they could test drive they charged me 350 for that went and picked up the truck got 5 miles down the freeway transmission started acting up again then the truck over heated and lost all power and shut down popped the hood resivor was empty and wasnt even bolted down and its the wrong resivor called them back and was told that they told me the radiator had a leak which they did not tell me and is not on my paperwork they said they would be happy to pick the truck up and qoute me for a new radiator because of it over heating my engine froze up now i need a new motor and a transmission asked if they had test drove it he said in the shop on the lift they tested it then i asked why they let me drive off if the truck was leaking they said they told me but they did not and its not on my paperwork DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

      Everyone in the shop was very knowledgeable and very patient and undersnding to my needs. It didn't take 4 to 6 weeks to get the job done. I pulled into the shop early Monday morning and I had my truck back mid day of Wednesday. I'm a hotshot driver so to me it was like I pulled in for a oil change in and out. So if you are looking for someone and the best prices and a quick turnaround this the best place to go Transmission Experts!!!

      8/23 Took vehicle to shop in Porter Texas to repair problem with transmission jumping out of gear. 8/26 Got a call from shop that they needed credit card to order parts to repair. 8/27 Got an alert on phone that we were charged 3,134.70 on credit card. Called immediately as this was bill for entire repair which was not complete at this time. I was not happy about this as this was not amount we had been quoted, 9/9 Shop said vehicle was ready so we picked it up with a trailer and brought it home. I drove it around a bit and found it was not repaired and still slipping out of gear. 9/10 Called shop and stated that it was not repaired. Clutch also needed to be adjusted and was leaking fluid from transmission. 9/13 Returned vehicle to shop 9/16 Got a call that vehicle was ready to be picked up. Went to shop to test drive and was still jumping out of gear. Took one of the management with me to verify also after initial test drive. Did not check to see if it was leaking. Left vehicle again. 9/20 Got a call that vehicle would be ready on Wed (9/22) or Thursday (9/23) No call from shop 9/28 Since no one called, I called them to check progress. They said they needed to put shifter back in, Told them to give me a call. No call until 10/01 They now said problem was shifter boot. It it was too stiff and causing it to jump out of gear. I then questioned all the other work that was done if it was just the shifter boot. They said it needed to be done. I strongly disagreed. 10/05 Shop said they were still working on it and waiting on shift rod bushing to arrive. 10/08 Still not done. Said they were waiting on parts. They wanted me to take it home but I said I will leave it. 10/12 Said that parts came in so they were going to install and test drive. 10/13 Shop said vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up and after loading on trailer, noticed it was leaking fluid. I took it off trailer and left it again. They said it was nothing they did but I pushed back and said it was not leaking when I brought it in. 10/18 I went over to shop as I had not heard from them. They said it was ready so I gave it a test drive. It seemed OK and I checked for leak and it looked OK also. I asked them about warranting the transfer case and they would not agree since they said it was a leaking plug. I wanted that on the 2 year warranty but they would cover only the plug. MY ORDEAL WAS OVER. 56 Days in the shop!! I think the only problem with the transmission was the shifter boot and shift rod bushing which was the last part they replaced. They put in a remanufactured transmission, new clutch, and resurfaced the flywheel and all the other associated work. I don’t think this work needed to be done.
