Apartment manager creating a hostile environment for adolescent children. Making false or exaggerated statements. These statement accuse several children of vandalism and destruction of property. Refused to accept my offer of law enforcement becoming involved. Stated children destroyed a fence by entering a field through a missing slat. Stated Vandalism and destruction of property involving two children who picked up a handicapped sign that was on the ground next to an apartment building. One child picked up the sign and took it back to his home. Both children are accused by apartment manager, who also stated that this is a felony and lease violation, again stating she is not involving law enforcement. She claimed to have video and photos, but refused to show any other photo other than one of a child carting said sign and the other walking next to that child. Manager has also stated that she has photos of a youth female engaging in kissing with an adult male, neither of these people have anything to do with me, she just stated that I should know that they are around my children. The apartment manager did not offer or notify of non renewal of lease and has currently continued to charge me for rental insurance. I have sent proof of rental of rental insurance twice.
