      First off I bought a dog that was a purebred yorkie who was aggressive to my YorkiePoo that I already had. I told ***** and she did offer to trade out since this was a special circumstance and I received a Morkie. She said ****** was a little shy and he loves to eat. But what she really meant was the dog is scared of everything and runs away and wont come to you because hes frightened and he is food aggressive and has an angry issue just like the first pup I got from her. Could it be that she only feeds them ****** raw meet? Or maybe they dont feel well bc she doesnt believe in giving them heartworm medication! She also advises not to give ****** cough vac ! Which you need if you take dog to groomers. She also says only ONE rabies shot is all they need for the rest of their lives how many laws does this break? one law for every dog she has that is not UTD on his rabies shot. The law says all dogs must be vaccinated for rabies yearly!!! She says once the dogs have the complete set of shots they never again need anymore shots ever! She is also getting kick backs from the herbal Holistic guru natural powers and all natural remedies that she uses and pushes on you. Because this is what the dogs needMy dogs are always healthy and happy and die old and in my lap so I dont think this is necessary ,its just some over priced sauce she likes to sell as a side gig to raising aggressive puppies. She said food aggression is normal behavior. Seriously??? do not think its normal at all !! Thats a learned behavior from going hungry! Dogs are not born aggressive- this is a learned behavior!I had to put a leash on him so I could catch him inside and in the yard bc he runs from everybody and everything. This is not what I consider shy as she told me. This is a fearful and aggressive dog and I want my money back. if she comment back that she offered me a refund she would be lying. She says she NEVER offers refunds so thats a lie! But another complaint says otherwise

      Let me start by saying that in almost 20 years this is the first time I have ever had anyone claim that one of my puppys was mean or aggressive,let alone 2.  Then there is the immediate switch of total attack by you towards me. That says a lot that you went straight to being so aggressive instead of trying to come to a mutual resolution.
      First off, she has had 2nd puppy since Early Friday so that is 4 days. 
      The first puppy you purchased is a sweet very friendly lover. You said yourself he is a perfect dog and you loved him and wanted to keep him but your own dog that you already have is extremely timid and scared of everything, a ***** baby is actually exactly what you called your own dog.  You said he would not come out from under the bed or furniture. Since this was a gift for your mothers day even though I do not normally allow exchanges, you asked if it was possible and I agreed to allow an exchange. The second puppy is a 12 week old ******, was a more expensive puppy and I did an even exchange and explained that this would be final with no other exchanges. This puppy is around 3 lbs, very healthy, not starved;in fact he is a little plump. I told you he was a little on the timid side, so I thought he would be good with your other dog.  So this is Friday I message her a little after noon to check in on puppy, She explains that her other dog is still timid to the puppy but she is hoping that he will relax and come around. Friday evening she calls me and said that she was scolding the puppy for jumping up on her door wanting in and he growled. I explained to her that maybe he was scared, I have never scolded him and I dont know that doing so right after bringing him home after a long car ride was an appropriate time, he had gotten car sick and had his vaccination the prior day so I felt like maybe he was just scared. He has never growled before. So Saturday she messages me saying she is done with him because he growled and snapped at the kitten. Then explains that God is telling her NO, so she thinks she should listen that this isnt the right time. She states that she wants to surrender the puppy back to me for a full refund. I explain to her that I do not offer full refunds, she is aware because I have a full page explaining on my web-site. I asked her to maybe try to sit with puppy and kitten together so he can see cat is ok. She then said he has been fine with the cats and was not close to kitten, she is not stupid and that he had food aggression, which did not make sense to me. She threatened that she would just drop the puppy off at the **** or shelter. Then that she would just sell him on ********* Both of the puppys she got were very sweet, no aggression what so ever, the problem seems to be with her, especially since she says her own dog is so timid. I have tried my best to work with her but she has made it very difficult due to the extreme back and forth of so happy with puppy then extremely angry with puppy. Things just are not adding up, Her other nonsense,trying to bash me for not wanting young pups over medicated and whatever she said about getting kick backs from the herbal Holistic guru natural powers and all natural remedies that she uses and pushes on you.  I gave it to her and it is a vitamin supplement. I follow the guide of a research scientist who is also a member of ******************** of *********** Consultants and an animal nutritional specialist.
       I have copies of all of her text with threats and her saying her own dog is *****. I am not sure how she can think it is fair to expect a full refund when the issue is obviously her. I have 2 trips back and forth, cancelled plans to accommodate her, and the stress of dealing with her constant complaints. And she wants to walk away and leave me with the puppy she has been correcting so much that he is obviously stressed now. I have a very detailed guarantee page on my web-site and also detailed paid invoice that says Payments are non-refundable.

      I am rejecting this response because:   What she is saying about my dog is false. I told her my dog was a baby and would NOT stand up for himself against her aggressive ******. He is not normally timid. He has been treated like a baby so he doesnt fight. My words were hes a lover not a fighter I also told her my dog has been traumatized by her aggressive ******. Bottom line is her dogs were aggressive and she doesnt guarantee health if you vaccinate with heartworm meds or for kennel cough. She says this kills the dog. And she is breaking the law by NOT giving all her adult breeder dogs yearly rabies shots. And they could already have heart worms because none of her dogs are on heart worm prevention. I do not want an aggressive dog that I cant vaccinate the way I want. I will have to get take the puppy to the **** or shelter because of his aggression and I offered to bring him back to her for a full refund minus gas that I offered to pay for her gas for the meeting places. 
      I train my dogs extremely well and it starts at a young age. Hes already 3 months old.  The aggression is a learned behavior from somewhere. Certainly he did not learn it from my house or my dog. Since hes been at my house he is leash and potty trained, but I am unwilling to work with his aggression toward my dog, me or my kittens.

      Option #1
       I will refund the deposit and you can keep him and use that towards training or whatever you choose.
      Option #2
      I will do a partial refund and you return the puppy along with any and all health records, this is as long as the puppy is in healthy condition as he was when you took him. I think %25 is more than fair plus the 2 extra trips. So I would refund $1000.
      Either option you retract your false statements and remove complaint. I refuse to banter back and forth. Your comments on my dogs have nothing to do with either puppy, along with your threats to take him to SPCA or shelter, who does that?  It just shows you are grasping for anything to try to hurt me. It is just mean and cruel. My Dogs are healthy happy and well taken care of, you have no idea what they have or have not had. I am an honest ethical person and you are trying to take advantage by saying whatever you want. I have no reason to lie, I thought I was doing the right thing by letting you take the other puppy, I honestly thought he would be a good fit. I was and always will be brutally honest about any of my pups. I am truly sorry I could not make you happy.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. 
      As  long as I recieve the money in my bank  in 3-5 days. I received the $1000 back but it wasnt all cash, which was what I gave her except the deposit for the puppy was PayPal. She gave my $355 in cash and $200 cash App and did another refund of $445 through PayPal that is NOT in my account yet. It was refunded to my debit card so I am waiting on my money through my bank to be deposited back into my bank. Thank you
