I purchased an Axis 500 UTV from Lowes last October. It has a 2 year warranty. Over the past 10ish months it has been in my yard waiting to be picked up, at the shop, or waiting to be delivered back to me for half the time I've owned it. The first time it went to the shop was shortly after purchasing. It had water in the oil (very, very bad). It was "fixed" and returned to me. Within a month it had the same issue. It was picked up and "fixed". It was returned to me 5 days ago with no oil in the motor and the dash counter indicated it had run for 3 hrs with no oil. I put oil in the machine immediately, made the manufacturer aware of the oversight and that it had been run with no oil. I checked the oil today, a few days later, and there's water in the oil again! My wife and I are building our own home and rely heavily on this machine to get ourselves and our materials to our build site. We can do nothing without it. We spent $10k on the machine and easily another $10k from our savings waiting on it to be fixed. Lowes is of zero help as we are beyond their 90 day return policy. The manufacturer of the machine is very difficult to get ahold of and will not return calls. We have been trying for months to come to some resolution. We have afforded them the opportunity on 2 occasions to fix the exact same problem and each time it comes back with the same issue. This is now the 3rd time with the same issue. I can furnish the email chain between myself and manufacturer if needed. We just want our money back so we can purchase another UTV and get back to work. This machine is a lemon. Thank you
