      I placed an order for a BENCH DADDY - DOUBLE PLY GREEN (STIFFER 400 SERIES) on 11th of January 2022. The price of the item was $75 in addition to $11.47 for shipping and $6.19 in tax for a total of $92.66. I have received an email confirming my order and my credit card has long since been charged for the item. I am now several weeks past the expected shipping date and I have not received any update to my order. I have called multiple times, several emails, and replied to their automatic text message service as well. I have made several attempts to contact them and would like a refund at this point. Their website is poorly designed and I have found no avenue to received a refund besides contacting my credit card service directly.

      Ordered a product online 1/30/22 RXXXXXXXXX. Credit card was charged $226.39 on 1/31/22 including priority shipping. Sent two messages from the contact us site, sent two emails to the email address on the invoices, left three voicemails on the phone number and continue to call during business hours for a status update. I still have not received the product or a followup for status. I would like either a follow-up on status or a refund. Powerlifting season will be coming to an end in March.

      Item was purchased from their website on 1/26/2022 for my daughter who is a powerlifter and needed this equipment for upcoming meets. I purchased USPS express mail on top of the item. Upon reading the shipping details it states 2-5 days to process then ship, which express mail is 1-2 days. I have yet to receive a shipping email and upon reaching out to the 1-877 number listed on my confirmation email that is attached I hav been unsuccessful reaching a person. No one answers the phone and they require you to leave a voicemail. I have even attempted emailing them twice with no reply and text the provided number with my concern. Still no reply. My daughter has 1 meet left since purchasing this item and it is 2/17/2022. Since they fail to provide adequate customer service and my item has not been shipped appropriately with provided information I would like to file a formal complaint against Bench Daddy and request a refund. This particular item with shipping included cost $244 as you can see from the invoice and they have already received their money however I have yet to receive the item purchased.

      Ordered on January 22nd and my credit card was charged. Said I would receive an email within 5 days with shipping information. Never received an email. Have called numerous times and left messages as no one ever answers. Their message says someone will call back by the end of the day...not true. Have sent emails, no response. Even received a random text after one of the calls, so responded to that, of course, no response. I would just like a response as to when the order will ship. Especially since my CC was charged over 11 days ago. TERRIBLE customer service.
