      I took my son's ******************* for a ************* with Rear Shock. Dealership stated it was just a lose body panel and all mechanical issues were fine. I received a letter stating the same. The next day i still had noise, and took to ********* across the street, with identified that the read shock/Strut needed replacement along with the upper shock mount.I then took in my 2018 **** Fusion for a issue with high transmission temp. I was told it was due to a leaking axel seal. they Replaced the Seal, but then within 1 month the seal was leaking again. Now they stated it needed a new transmission. It took 1 week for parts and now has been sitting in shop for 2 weeks. IT is quoted as a 16 hr job, but they are estimated another 2 weeks to finish. Each day is costing me $50 to rent a car. It's going to be up to $1000 in rental if they don't prioritize and finish the job.

      On April 20, 2024, I financed a 2022 ****** RX 450h for $48,847. On the above date, when I test drove the vehicle there was heavy rainfall which camaflouged the nicotine smell inside the vehicle. Upon arriving at my residence and parking the vehicle in my garage, I smelled nicotine in the interior of the vehicle and immediately called my sales person *****. ***** apologized and told me to bring the vehicle in as they had a special machine on site to Remove the smell. He indicated the vehicle had only been on the lot a few days, implying this is why it was not cleaned previously. ***** on behalf of *********** kept my vehicle for a week and provided me with a loaner. ***** dropped my vehicle of at my home indicating that the individual that did thr cleaning only did a light clean because he or she did not determine by the smell that the vehicle needed a deep clean. However, he assured me that if the smell returned I should contact him and the vehicle would receive a deep cleaning. On July 9, 2024 I contacted the general manager, *************************** explaining the situation and that I had tested the vehicle and it came back positive for toxic chemicals. He replied he would look into and get back to me. On July 15, 2024 when I did not receive a response I emailed him again asking him to honor salesman's ***** promise and allow me to bring my vehicle in for a full cleaning. To date I have not received a response.

      I am filing this grievance because ever since using this location to service my car I have had nothing but problems. In April I came to this location for an oil change and there overall safety inspection. During the visit I was sent a list of suggested items and one item needing immediate attention which was a fuel system cleaner. I authorized the cleaner since it needed immediate attention. Less than two weeks later my check engine light came on. Knowing that was strange since I just took it to get checked. I took it to a different auto shop. When they diagnosed my car they told me something was put in my fuel system that is now causing my car to not work properly. My car needs thousands of dollars in repairs now because I took it to this location and they put something in my car. I am asking to be made whole. When I came in for an oil change my car was working just fine. Not until I was told my fuel system needed immediate attention to be cleaned, I did and my car has had a problem ever since.

      ******************************* ************************************************** **************************** ************ 06-12-2024 Prosper Ford Dealership ******************** Prosper, Tx ***** Formal Complaint Regarding Defective Vehicle Purchase and ********************* To Whom It May ********* am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of a used 2017 **** Edge from Prosper Ford dealership. The purchase was completed around March 5, 2024, using an auto loan from **** of America amounting to approximately $14,000.At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle was reliable. However, within the first month, I encountered a severe issue: the engine block required replacement due to coolant leakage, with repair costs estimated at $10,000. Despite holding a dealership warranty from MPP, the repair claim was denied.The dealership has consistently failed to honor their promises to resolve this matter. I was assured multiple times that the issue would be addressed and that I would be provided with a replacement vehicle. Yet, to this day, I remain without transportation. This has resulted in additional out-of-pocket expenses exceeding $1,600 for Uber rides and rental vehicles, without any offer of reimbursement or provision of a rental car from the dealership.Furthermore, my attempts to follow up have been met with unresponsiveness and delays. ****, the finance manager, has repeatedly failed to return my calls, and in-person visits have not yielded any progress. ****** mentioned discounting a vehicle and updating the bank, but no action has been taken on this front.Moreover, the dealership ran my credit without my authorization I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the vehicle as initially promised or providing a suitable replacement vehicle. Additionally, I expect reimbursement for the transportation costs incurred due to the dealership's failure to provide a working vehicle.Sincerely,*******************************

      I purchased a used 2018 **** F-150 Raptor with 52K miles on it from **** Prosper on April 30th, 2024. Within a week of owning the vehicle, it exhibited serious transmission issues and threw multiple engine codes. The vehicle now requires extensive, costly repairs. I was also influenced to purchase the Platinum Mechanical Protection Plan for extended warranty. I was informed by the warranty provider that they cannot accept this claim as **** knew about the problem prior to selling the vehicle and failed to correct it. So now I am stuck with costly repairs not disclosed during purchase as well as a useless warranty plan. The attached screenshot is from the warranty provider showing the mechanical problems occurring prior to my purchase date.

      I bought a 2021 Chevrolet from Prosper Ford in Prosper Tx. They added about ****** thousand dollars extra that I feel like I did not agree to. They used a young salesman that was green as a gourd, I trusted him and the general sales manager and the finance officer added whatever they wanted to. The finance officer ***** send me my paperwork until three months after I bought the pickup, because if he wouldve sent them like he was supposed to in the first two weeks I wouldve called the deal off, as it was I managed to get around seven thousand dollars removed which was extended warranty, gap and some other ungodly product that they were charging me for. The other items in question is something I was told they would take off but they ***** do it. Things they say were already added and they couldnt take it off. Internet charges that I wasnt told about, I have sent *********************** a certified letter which he did not sign for and I mailed a letter to his house, Prosper Ford and his dealership in Grapevine Tx. Im sure he gets them all the time and just throws them in the trash, the reason I say this is if I would have read any of the reviews at all I wouldnt have bought a bicycle from this bunch.

      ***** dollars. Went in for oil change and front Headlight and yearly inspection. they did the oil change and said they could fix the head light. When they brought me the car the top was put up but they did not take the boot off and damaged it. So since 7/26/2023 I have been giving the run around not new booth the replacement is $***** they know they damaged it service manager has said am working on it. Enough this is October 5th give me a check or buy me a new OEM Boot for a **** T Bird.
