***** and America's Best are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service and recommendations. We have used them for over 4 years and are highly pleased as our lawn looks great and has great curb appeal. If I could say one good thing about this Company it would be the great communication.After doing extensive search for a company to help improve my lawn, I found America's Best Lawncare. I used ******* and Yelp, and other sites, in my search and the overall 5-Star Reviews told me all I needed to know.I did have some questions during the sign-up process, and really liked the use of a professional answering service, which were great in their own right, when no one was available in the company's office to answer the phone.********, one of the company owners, always responded back to me the same day, both on the phone and/or by email when I had questions. The sign-up process for clearly spelled out, and easy to do, and while I did have a few issues / questions, my feedback helped them improve the sign-up process.To be honest, they have not done their first weed and feed yet (it will happen next week), but I don't expect any issues.I pre-paid for the Lawncare Program for the entire year due to the excellent sign-up deal available to me during March 2024.? NOTE: There is a Veterans and First Responder Discount of 20% available for those interested.America's Best Lawncare Response

This is our first summer with the service, but have been very pleased. There was a large spot that we could not grow any grass on for the last two years and now it looks fantastic. We also had so many different types of weeds that we struggled with. Not any more! They are extremely responsive and help you understand everything involved. They make it easy to get started and to communicate quickly. Everyone has been a pleasure to speak with and work with. Love our beautiful lawn!America's Best Lawncare Response

We love using this local company. They've taken care of our lawn for a couple years now at two of our properties. Not only does the lawn look great and free of weeds, but they are highly professional and communicative. Americas best lawn care has done wonders for our lawn. They got rid of so many weeds and provide constant feedback on what you should be doing to keep up with a great lawn. I left one star off because it is our first year and I would have expected to pay for the new year at the year **** (we started in February 2023) but we have paid for our next year of service already and it is only August 2023 and we have only had 5 of the 8 visits completed. There was communication and explanations of this but its still something to consider when its a ******************* you are wanting to budget out and expect to last 12 months and not just 6. Since its our first year renewing Im unsure if this is typical for them or based on circumstances of this year alone, so we will see how next year goes. We have been told we will not have to renew again until August ******************************************* if we are notified beforehand again of changes. But again, the work is great, it was told months in advance of the payment changes, and the team is friendly and knowledgeable. I would still highly recommend them and am happy to renew for another year of service.America's Best Lawncare Response

The correct and precise communication helps us to better manage all customer concerns and requests throughout the year. That is why we are fully transparent when changes occur and our customers are typically notified ***** days in advance via email. Treatments for America's Best Lawncare, take place every 4-8 weeks and each application is based on the time of year and weather conditions. Just because someone signs ** in March, does not mean their renewal will take place in March the following year. We also charge for our renewals before the final application is completed, to ensure there is not a lapse in services. All of this information is in the welcome letter you received upon sign up as well as our website. We are sad to see that you did not feel we are a 5 ************ at this time, however we do hope to change that view point of yours over time with regards to offering you excellent customer service and quality service for your lawn with beautiful results.Review from Dick I

I used the services of America's Best Lawncare in 2021. In spite of them being the best lawncare service that I have ever used, I changed companies for a cheaper price in 2022. That was a huge mistake. I am now a customer of ****************** again and thrilled with their service. They are definitely a 5 star companyAmerica's Best Lawncare Response
