Refined Roofing TX's customer service and quality of work is off the charts! ***** and ******* were amazing during the whole process of my roof replacement - the initial estimate, the call to my insurance company, the insurance adjuster's visit, the actual roof and gutter replacement as well as recommending an excellent subcontractor to repair ceiling damage from the leak. *****'s team walked with me through the whole process, answered all my questions, provided great communication and quick responses, and performed great and timely work. ***** and his team made me feel very comfortable through a process that could have been confusing and frustrating! I needed help with a new roof and I called up ***** after he dropped off his business card a couple of months prior. I wish I used them from the beginning. I called ***** on a Wednesday and by Friday I had a new roof. And it looks great. He was very responsive and helped me throughout the process.

We recently decided to put our house on the market in ************, ***** and we knew it would be a bit of an uphill battle having an 18 yr old roof. Our hope was that we wouldnt have to replace it, but we knew in order to maximize our return investment we would be better off to do so. To be honest, we were dreading the process and hoping to avoid it. After having the house on the market for about a month we were getting great feedback but we could tell the roof at the end of its life was a huge deterrent. We began the **** of a reputable, honest and (most importantly) an insured roofing company and we effortlessly chose Refined Roofing TX after speaking with the owner, *****. He drove hours to our area that weekend to give the initial inspection and guided us step-by-step through to homeowners insurance claim process. He showed up to meet the insurance adjuster upon inspection to ensure nothing was missed. We offered to be there to meet the adjuster so he didnt have to travel again for this quick appointment. This was absolutely not a requirement of his job, but a level of professionalism and integrity that is not common within the roofing business. Shortly after we had been approved for a new roof. He helped us complete proper work for our HOA and checked for permit requirements to avoid any violations. Everything was done correctly, no corner cutting whatsoever. ***** and his crew showed up within a few days of approval and start to finish took 2 days to complete installing our new roof on a ***** sq. Ft. Home. They arranged speedy delivery of the materials, the crew set up and cleaned up everything. The protected our ********** spacing and even made sure to communicate and clean up anything in our neighbors yards! I can confidently say choosing Refined Roofing TX was the best and easiest decision. They made this process as stress-free and simple as possible. we are now under contact and scheduled to close next week.

My 3rd house, but first claim. Very professional and great at communication. Even assisted with my insurance company dragging their feet. Gave me a heads up on things I needed to do. (like call ********* and re-align the dish) I think they left the yard cleaner than when they first started. Glad I went with them, not looking forward to doing this again, but they will be my first call if it does.

***** and his team at Refined Roofing were incredible to work with. They made getting a new roof, which can be a stressful process, a very smooth one. He even took the lead on working with my homeowners insurance company to get the claim approved in less than a week. Great communication throughout the entire process and just overall nice guys! Highly recommend as they are pro's!

Refined Roofing just replaced my fence and roof. I've never been through the process before but ***** made it incredibly easy and explained every step of the way. Everyone I've worked with has been honest and friendly and clearly an expert in their field. The work was done in one day and the clean up afterward was phenomenal!
