I wish I had a positive review to post! I was skeptical ordering online but I took a chance and did it. Unfortunately, this company has not given me the wonderful experience some of you have had. When I ordered it, supposedly, it was in stock and their original delivery date was 7 - 14 business days. When I did not receive it, I emailed just to inquire. I received an email stating, I would get a response within ***** hours. I did indeed get a quick response and I was immediately relieved that they responded so quickly (thank god I wasn't scammed). BUT, that is when everything went down hill. They did in fact reply in a timely manner (sadly, the ONLY time they responded) and they ensured me that the dress was being made and that I would get it in 4 - 6 weeks. Fair? NO! I was patient and waited until week 8. I then emailed again, and again the auto reply of "Thank you for contacting us blah, blah, blah.... We will respond within 24 - 48 hours". This time, no quick response with a comforting reply. I waited again, emailed again...once again the kind auto reply email of "Thank you for contacting us, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH".... Now the phone messages. I found the phone number... I have since left 5 phone messages, numerous emails and no updates. It has now been 12 1/2 weeks and ZERO correspondence. VERY DISAPPOINTED. All that and I still have hopes on receiving my gown. It is as if the first email you send, they make you feel as though they are living up to their word and after that..... they no longer have time for you. This is already a very stressful time, planning a wedding and to be treated so poorly is unacceptable!

If I could leave a 0 star I would, this one goes for no customer service or communication I've tried more then 6 times to get a hold of someone from this store and they have never reply back to any of my emails, I placed and order with them on October 19, 2023, It is now November 06, **************************************** any update whatsoever, If there is a delay with shipping I could understand but an update would of been appreciated, they never respond to emails, and there is no other way of getting in contact with them, the phone number on here goes straight to voice mail, which I have also left a few and no call back. All I'm asking is for an update of my order, I don't think is to much to ask for, as a consumer we are in ****** for updates of any products we purchased.

Beautiful dress and amazing customer service. I had to process an exchange, but it was easy and arrived within 3 weeks of requesting the exchange.

Saved my behind with my sister's wedding! My original dress was cancelled two weeks before my sister's wedding and I needed an emergency dress ASAP. The shipped my dress incredibly fast and the quality blew my mind. If you are doubting using this store, DONT! I highly recommend and am now a loyal shopper.
