Wow what a horrible experience if I could give this place a negative -100 I would when we made the reservation it looked ok but when we arrived it was dark dirty and had a staff that should be working in a 1 hour motel! We had issues with our reservation and every level of trying to correct it was the worst you could Imagine! None of the management staff was available nor EVER did the return any calls! I would and never ever stay a a Comfort Suites ever again! They should be classified a Motel not a hotel! I should have read the reviews before I booked it! STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS ON ITS WAY TO BANKRUPCY!Business response

We researched the first and last name of the person who filled the complaint. We never had a ************************* stay with us at the Comfort Inn Red Oak & Suites. This complaint is not a valid complaint.

I am reaching out in regard to the horrific conditions at a Comfort Inn located at **************************************************************. My family stayed at this location from September *****, 2023.I have attached photos documenting the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. I have additional photos and videos regarding the following items, however, the size is too large to be uploaded with the Mb allowance. I have been in contact with ************* (the corporate parent company for the hotel) but have not reached a resolution. The hotel staff was not responsive to our complaints during our stay, nor have they helped bring this to a resolution by issuing a refund.The issues that I would like to notate are below.Unsanitary Conditions:-Vomit, blood, and other human bio in the living room areas and around the beds.-Stench of smoke in non-smoking rooms.-Strong odor of animals.-Ants on the window sill.Safety/ADA-accessibility:-Non-ADA accessible accommodations. There are three floors and the elevator only reaches the second floor.-No fire extinguisher on the third floor in case of emergencies.-Phones located in both rooms were inoperable. We could not phone outside resources or in-house services in cases of emergencies or to communicate issues with the rooms.-Exposed wires in the lobby and third floor.Lack of hospitality:-Staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs. Upon contacting *************, I was notified that the staff made no formal notes or comments regarding our concerns although we attempted to resolve the issues each day of our stay, and now after check-out.-Deactivation of our room keys on the second day although we reserved for two nights.-Overall, stay was not true to advertising. Rooms, the lobby, and other amenities look much different than what was presented online. There was also no mention of construction taking place at the location.
