Combat was sent a request by me on their website and they came over to see what they could do to make money. I told them on their website that they would need to either dig to gain access or they could go through the access panel to gain access to the under part of the house. I called them specifically because I noticed another patron had said Combat went under her house to gain access to a gas pipe. When Combat got here, he had decided after seeing our house that he didn't want to get dirty. He stated he didn't dig to go under houses, and he wouldn't even go close to where the problem was. He sneered and turned around and went to leave but not before he took our money. The only reason I contacted them was because it says on their website they went under the house. I do not believe they should have taken any money. My belief is he had made his mind up when he got here but needed to come onto the property to get paid. COMBAT should RETURN the money. My wife paid him because she didn't know what else to do. We are seniors and he is dishonest. I'm a veteran too but this guy is no friend of mine or any veteran I know. I'm spreading the word about COMBAT as it looks like others have too. I won't support you just because you are a veteran. I made my way without claiming veteran status and so should you. PFT. I've given you one star but only because I have to give one or I can't write a review of your crummy service. Combat does know who I am on my review on ****** as **********. That's my ****** name. When Combat says they don't have a customer named ********** well in a way they're right I would never hire Combat Plumbing for anything the way they acted while they were here and on the phone with my wife.
