On 03/18/23 a contract to move a mobile home was signed. I paid this company $700 deposit for the move date of 03/24/23. This company constantly came up with excuses to not move the home. From weather to permits, to mental health. I had to pay deposits for machinery, plumbers, electricians to be at new location of mobile home on 03/30/23 and the mobile home was never moved. So I would like my deposit money back plus the money I paid to plumber and electrician to sit at new location until 3:30 pm that didnt do any work because mobile home movers never moved mobile home.Initial Complaint

I had a double wide mobile home transported and set up by this company. The original contract was $7,550, however they added another $1,020 for new tie downs, telling me that my old ones could not be pulled out of the ground, when I was on site and could see that they never attempted to do so. I received okay communication until I signed their contract, then communication became almost non-existent. During the move, they hit a tree with the home and tore up multiple places on a 4 year old roof and a window, twisted the hitches beyond repair or usability. They left 1/2 of the home sitting on the side of the interstate overnight as well as the other half of the home sitting on the side of the road in the county it was coming from for three or four days. They delivered the home approximately a week after the contracted date due to their crew not showing up and leaving the job in the middle of the day for personal reasons. One man the crew repeatedly asked me to buy him ***** Light on the job. Once they finally arrived with both halves, they did not install the two halves together at all. The home is sitting 3 inches apart in the middle. They did not install lag bolts at the top beam and very few lag bolts in the bottom beam. They tried to install wrong shingles on Ridge. I was told they would install metal flashing on the ridge, which they did not. They did not trim out the outside per their contract. I watched them break several of the Foundation blocks, and as a result did not install the correct amount of blocks back under the home. I contacted them to resolve the issues, they said they would come November 2nd. I took off work to meet, they never showed.Now I am receiving no response. I have had to contact another company and pay them $2500 to split the home apart again and reinstall correctly. I will be seeking $4,500 to pay the new company for the correct setup and to cover the damages caused, as well as any legal fees I incur in addition to that amount. As of nowInitial Complaint

9/7/2024 $800- cash paid and I have an invoice stating that $3000- AC unit that they will not return $600- materials taken from my mobile home ************ needs to be out of business. I hired them to move a mobile home. They rescheduled the inital appointment from ******** to ******. I had to drive there in 5pm traffic with no advance notice. Once I met them in ******, they took my money. I have the contract and they never performed the move. Instead, they took my HVAC unit from the home in addition to other materials off og the home. This was all witnessed by maintenance staff at the mobile home park. I have 25 emails where the park manager was attempting to reach them and numerous texts that I have sent to resolve this issue. I want compensation for my unit that they took and my materials that were taken. I also want a refund for the services I paid for that were not delivered.
