WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Extremely shady people. Unprofessional. Terrible service. In December, my laptop had a liquid damage and they charged me $750 for motherboard replacement. Guess what, 5 months down the line, the laptop is dead again. No water damage this time. One night its shut down and the next morning it wont power up.Got it diagnosed from them again, and they are unable to give me a proper answer as to what happened this time. Because they are not ready to accept that the new motherboard that they installed is broke again. Got the laptop diagnosed from ************ and they informed me that the motherboard is gone.I would never trust their components. I am pretty sure most of their positive reviews were enforced because when they fixed my computer they were too eager for me to give them a good review even before I leave the shop.They will talk a lot about othe people cases just to tell you that they are so good.Very unreliable. Do not waste your money. I just wasted $750 on them. Never again

This company is VERY shady. They took in my daughters computer which had a moisture issue. They told her that there would be $108.00 diagnosis fee, which she agreed to and paid. She was contacted by a male technician numerous times and quoted her various potential charges ranging from approximately $600-$900.00. She told them NOT to fix the computer and asked us (her parents) to go pick it up due to the fact that this man made her feel uncomfortable. We agreed. We went to the store and they did not do what she had asked, and against her wishes, FIXED the computer without her permission. When pressed about fixing the computer without her permission, they finally ADMITTED THIS DISHONESTY and only said "sorry". They then gave us varying and confusing charges and would not release the computer to us (kept the metal bottom separate) until we paid their high fee. They literally held us hostage to this computer and would not release it until they got the result they wanted. This company is DISHONEST and acts in a criminal way knowing that clients would eventually have to pay to get their computer back disregarding the instruction NOT to fix it. I would avoid them at all costs and go to a reputable, national firm that cares about values and that treats clients honestly.
