      This company is trying to collect a debt but will not inform you who the debt is from and its in my credit report . I dont owe anyone and they want you to purchase your own credit report from them to even has assess about the information pertaining to a the debt being presented to the credit bureau. I feel scammed I dont know what to do. How do you pay a debt you have know knowledge of its founding.

      Since November 2022 I have been requesting for documentation from Lockhart Morris. They have yet to provide however they are still unjustly reporting this negative account on my credit report. I have filed a complaint with the **** as well. I need this account from my credit report, I have never done any business with Lockhart Morris.

      I have been requesting documentation from Lockhart and Morris to provide the original contract I signed with them, they have yet to provide it. I filed a complaint with the **** and Lockhart Morris did not answer. This business is not doing right by the public community and not instilling trust, integrity and is not being an example of a business that should be on BBB. I want this account removed from my credit report expeditiously.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I filed a complaint with **** since November 2022 and Lockhart Morris has yet to response to the **** complaint. This Lockhart Morris company is not responding or making any changes. I have attached proof of the original complaints with ****.

      This company obtained my report without permissible purpose from the credit bureaus, even with me having an extended fraud alert and legislative security freeze in place. they also have added an account I to my credit report on July 23,2024, with no notification at all, and/ or notice of right to dispute.Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (8), stating your claim is disputed, and debt validation is requested.This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major credit bureaus, this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Please provide me with the following: What the money you say I owe is for, Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe, Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe, Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable, Identify the original creditor, Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account, Show me you are licensed to collect in my state, Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service. If your offices are able to provide the proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information, during which time all collection activity must cease and desist. If your office fails to respond to this debt validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report, and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately.

      To Whom It May ********* sent a letter asking for Validation of this account to the credit Bureaus as I have yet to get a reply so I am asking again.       I am rejecting this response because:  I have attached a copy of the letter where I requested under FCRA 611 (a) (7) for a description of the procedure used to provide the company in providing all information to the credit bureaus. As I stated in my complaint a letter was mailed and received by Lockhart,Morris and Montgomery asking for proof of this by A copy of the original written agreement between the parties, such as the loan note or credit card agreement signed by me. Yet I have gotten nothing and with this complaint here they are doing the same thing. I will be filing a complaint with the *************************************

      I have requested a debt validation from this company . They could not even show they have the legal right to collect on this debt. They could not show proof of the original date of contract that was signed with original creditor. They failed to provide a complete record of payment history as well as the date of original. They have no right to try and collect anything. I would like this deleted from my credit file. It is also against hippa policy to provide any medical records to any company!

      I have never had an account with **********************, **************************** They are saying I had a Smart Home Security System LLC which I never did, they also put this on the credit report for *******. They have never sent me anything in writing. No bills No phone calls and no way to call them, I believe this is a scam I dispute on my credit report ....the result I want is this removed from my credit report.
