Hello, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with this company for several years now. I have made several attempts to get my credit profile corrected and I have yet to do so. I was a victim of identity theft with this company CCM Finance LLC. I have never did business with this company before, yet they are constantly reporting on my credit profile. I have sent in several documentation, including an *** report to support my claims and they have yet to resolve my issue. I want CCM Finance LLC to stop reporting on my credit report! I made a agreement to pay the car note on the 15th of every month they agreed I paid 600 with a balance of 96 dollars spoke with an agent he said ***** is all I have to pay until the 15th I paid it then they are saying that the payment is 22 days pass due when its not telling me to pay ****** when they could look on my account and see this is how I been paying. So they turn the car off and say its up for repo. When I am not 22 days behind. I feel like they want me to pay way more money to get my vehicle out.Initial Complaint

This company is an entire fraud on Nov 29th they charged my card for $89 after they changed my husbands card they was hoping we wouldnt catch it - then for the past 2 weeks theyve been stating that they processed the refund today is the 10th business day now theyre trying to say its my bank fault which I know isnt true the bank has stated they dont see no refund transactions from CCM - Cars and Credit Masters then I pull a reverse psychology test and stated my card was canceled they fell for it stating they are getting a error for the refund because the card is canceled I told them thats a lie because my card isnt canceled I just said that to see if they would fall for it and they did they wont give me a refund receipt they put me on hold for 30mins to create a fake PDF that the bank wont accept they will not give me a receipt showing they processed the refund. I didnt not give them authorization to charge my card which is in fact FRAUD. They playing with the wrong person next up Im blasting this all over my social media accounts and they want me to help promote this BS Place I told my husband dnt get a car from this place.Initial Complaint

I went thru Cars and Credit Masters to get into my current car, and the finance company that handles their financing is CCM Finance. This company has a bad reputation for harassing you with phone calls numerous times a day. If you are (1) day late on your payment, the program the car to set off a loud and Very high-pitched sound when you start the car. And when you turn it off. And it doesnt go off until you make a payment. They are not sympathetic when people are going thru hard times like other finance companies do. The loud high pitched beeping sound is so loud that its uncomfortable! It pierces my ear drums. This is not normal! I just made a payment arrangement with them today, because Im literally only (4) days late. But after being (1) day late, they call literally 20 times a day, and send text messages. And on top of that, they program the car to sound off that loud sound when starting and turn off your car. Its so bad that Ive had to go to my doctor, because I started having a pain in my ear. I need a car, but this is not worth all of the calls, texts and that piercing sound when you are late on a payment. All finance companies that *** dealt with help and work with their customers. Not CCM. They dont like to do payment deferrals, which in my case would really help me to get caught up. I cant believe they program all of their cars to make that loud noise just because of being (1) day late. They need to be reported and something needs to be done about that. Im an older customer, and it is really bothering my ears. But they have no sympathy.Customer Answer

I am following up on this complaint that I filed against CCM Finance. They are still harassing with multiple and excessive phone calls, text messages. And the volume of that loud beeping noise in the car has gotten louder. Ive asked that it be turned down, and I was told no. That they couldnt lower the volume. I literally have to hold my ears when I start up the car because it hurts my ears so bad!! This is inhumane!! All because Im a couple of days late on a payment. But it sure seems like they have turned the volume up. This needs to stop! I am a person that gets migraines, and this loud piercing sound causes headaches! If I could go thru a regular dealership right now, but my credit score needs work. Please send me an update. Thank you!!Initial Complaint

Im am no longer liable for this debt with *************. They have sense reposession resold the car and received payment as you see and will not remove collection from Equifax, Experian which was recently added or Transunion. Hello Ccm repoed my car for being 14 days late I had just made a payment on the 29th and I told them that I was go make the other on the 6th 4 days latter they took my money never told me that it was up for repo 4 days latter they come get my car and now they asking for the whole amount that I owe on the car which is ****** so now Im without a car and Im a single mom without a car and to top it off you cant even speak to the managers thats suppose to make all the decisions this company really *****Initial Complaint

CCM auto finance run ! These are scammers as of today Im seeking legal actions against them ! They took my vehicle and asking me to pay ****** to get it back ! After I done been through h*** & back with the car ! The whole year & 6 months Ive had the car Ive had problems with it which was costing me tremendously!! I submitted all proof everytime I had to come out of pocket for any expenses! They do not care about your lively hood ! Something needs to be done about this ! The only time I wasnt able to make my payments on time was times I had to come out of pocket for car expenses been having transmission since I got the car ! And I still paid my note in a timely matter while tryna still manage to fix my lemon everytime I had problems! Please shut this company them CCM asunto finance & SS motors !! I have my contract in hand that I will be bringing over to my attorney because it says nothing about a 0 grace ******* & the contract clearly says if you get behind you will have to pay interest & late fees !! It does not say you will be repossessed and wont be able to get your car back ! Ask of today Im doing everything in my power to get something done about this !
