They set up my account "wrong" and then proceeded to tell me that I had to change my account because they set it up wrong. I only went with them in the first place because their rates were very low. I tell them I would like some time to shop around and make sure that the new rates they are offering are competitive. I asked for about 30 days and within 2 weeks they cancelled my account without so much as a warning or notification. ******* and his other partner were the ones that set up my account initially and now I am sitting without a credit card processor with customers waiting to pay. Avoid at all costs these people are actually predators and try and lure you in with below market standard rates and then go back and try and force you into a worse deal and will not give you time to shop around. I would give negative stars if I could.Review from Sip L

Refuses to refund terminals that have never worked properly. Refuses to transfer to supervisor. 800 Number goes to this one-person shop, where a person names ***** will not stand behind their products. Never order here.Review from Les H

Very nice people with the most horrendous service I've ever had. Never order any equipment from this company. Their website says 3-4 business day for delivery. It's been 6 business days and they still have injected the pin pad or shipped. The sales person assured me he was notating the file to include the encryption. That was on Wed. The following Tues I heard that the sales person said nothing about the encryption. I was told four times that it "will go out today". That was Friday, Monday, Tues, and Wed. As of the end of the day Wednesday it hasn't shipped and no one is corresponding with me.. Don't waist your time with this company.Review from danny k

Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER on cardmachineoutlet.com Order 3 terminals and received only 2 terminals.Called several times and did send last terminal & no refund.It's been 45days since purchase.Dispute submitted.Do not order multiple terminals!!!!!
