      We bought furniture from this store on 03/02/2020 and it was all my house furniture. Manager of the store at that time was Marcel (469-954-5558) who sold everything to us. We paid $750 through card and $3000 in cash. He issued us a carbon copy of the receipt he prepared at that time of the items we purchased, amount we gave and wrote the warranty just by hand on the paper. He mentioned that if he ever come across any issues in the items (we bought brown sectional sofa, white king bed with mattress, 2 white side tables, brown coffee table with two end tables, blue living room rug). He wrote the warranty of the beds as 2 years and sectional as 3 years and also mentioned that mattress is 10 years under warranty. We are in TX from last five years and mattress has also been an issue for us. We have bought many mattress in these years as we get back pain soon. So, this was discussed with him and he said if mattress gives us problem again, we can rush back to the store and he will help us to replace it with new one. Now, we have been experiencing issues with mattress from so long and we decided to reach the store. We contacted them on call and they said management has changed and they cannot help previous customers as they do not have any database with them and the current manager Tamir (469-274-2224) denied to help us. We went to store as well tried talking to current manager a lot and he kept on repeating the same thing. He said the invoice we got from Marcel is useless to him and he cannot help any customers he was tied to and he is maintaining his own database and do not have a way to pull the database for any previous customers (including us). He gave us this in written as well. Before going to Furniture store, we have tried contacting Ashley Furniture as well they stated item was not bought from Ashley store and they cannot do anything for us and asked us to approach the vendor only. So, as a consumer we are stuck and filing complaint against both of them.

      I have purchased the sectional sofa from Signature Home furniture outlet. We also purchased the 5 years insurance/protection plan with it. After receiving we found a defect in the sofa and reported the issue. The Merchant manager/owner (Walid) had initially told us that he submitted the service request and someone would come to replace it. Since then we have been following up with him multiple times and he mentioned he would be refunding the amount. After continuous follow up with him for 2 month, he promised to replace the sofa along with providing the $500 as refund for future purchases. Even after the multiple followups and personal visits to his store, he is not replacing or refunding amount and he is now not even responding.

      On oct 12th I purchased a coffee table from this location with a warranty. The table was delivered on oct 18th and I noticed it was not the same color table I picked at the store. I told the delivery guy n he told me to call it in to the store. I called the store serval days but no one would answer. I finally got an answer and the associate told me he would have a Manager call me but of course no one retuned my call. I continued to call days after but no one answered the phone. On 11/1 I went to the location n explained the table was not the right color and requested the manager. they informed me the manager was out n will be back later. On 11/2 I called and finally talked to the Manager and explained the table is not the same color and I wanted to exchange for something different. He told me no exchanges or refunds. But the issue is the table is not the color they advertised to me. I asked for gold legs and the table I received is not gold. It's more like brown. All I asked for was an Exchange. Also I requested to speak with the owner and was told he can't give me that information. Also I was told a warranty would come with my furniture but still haven't gotten information on the warranty. I would like this issue resolved because this is not how business should be done. Thank you Myesha J

      I literally have been waiting since last October for all my furniture, my bed has been sitting on the floor since it was delivered because the company brought the wrong size rails, I have been waiting on the rest of my bed set including ; dresser, chase, chest, which is still not here, as well as my cough that I paid an extra 1,000 to get, as well as accessories , and vanity, I have been going back and forth about this situation for a full year with Marcel, the rest of the team in the office act as if things do not matter, this place scams you for your money, and they only care about you paying them, and once you pay everything in full you do not see your items, which I payed this company in full on my bed set the first day, and it's been a night mare
