Using Benefits Hub to purchase flight tickets- I booked tickets and then when confirmation cam through it had different times, I called Benefits Hub who then had to transfer me to the company they use for Flights (this happened maybe 20 minutes after the ticket was purchased). They then let me know they can not change anything, and if I wanted to had to pay a "Fare Fee" that totaled $163.00 more. Now they won't let me cancel this ticket without a "Cancel Fee"- which I'm waiting to hear back how much that is because when I tried to respond to their email it is returned as "non-deliverable"......... I literally just purchased this ticket 2 and a half hours ago.Business response

THEbenefitsHUB, LLC is an employee benefits enrollment platform and does not have any flight booking application, as shown on our website at www.allsynx.com.
