This is a company that does not follow through on auto accidents caused by a member of there insurance company. ***** ******* July 2nd incident. This person hit my car which was parked gave his ins info admitting he was at fault. When I contacted Gainsco I had to go through several agents and supervisors, ****** Ramenz, ****** *******, someone named **** and ****** just to get a claim and these individuals are really horrible at following through. The funny thing is this ***** person would not answer his phone when the Gainsco people tried to contact him so they quit trying and closed out the case. Here is the point he lives in my complex and I was able to contact him at his job, *** of *********, ** he is manager of Service I believe. He lied to me several times stating he would pay me for the damage but he never came through. Therefore I had to go through my INS Statefarm and open a legal case against Gainsco. I may or may not reclaim my deductable but will see. I recently got a letter from Gainsco ****** **** Level I Claim person who closed out the claim because ***** would not answer his phone.
