      Project started on May 8th, 2023 Contract ID: **** Total cost: $31,882.10 paid in full on 05/24/2023 Project was not completed, fire pit was backordered until 06/16/2023 at which time it was to be installed. After several email, phone calls and text the fire pit has still not been installed and our attempts at communication are being ignored.******** request was put in on 06/15/2023 due to poor workmanship, damaged sprinkler head, turf not being secured in certain areas, weeds growing in the turf, seams visible, wrinkles in turf, lumps and dips under the putting green and a damaged paver.

      To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a complaint against 365 Custom Turf. On July 7, 2023, 365 Custom Turf initiated an *** withdrawal from my banking account without my authorization. I had received an email from 365 Custom Turf stating that my final payment was due on July 7, but when I clicked on the link in the email, the bill said that nothing was due because the *** payment was already in transition. (attached)I had made my initial 20% down payment with an *** withdrawal, but I did not authorize 365 Custom Turf to automatically withdraw the final payment from my bank. My original plan was to make a payment from another bank or write a check, but I went ahead and let the *** payment go through.One rule governing how businesses can use the *** network is that a business cannot initiate an *** withdrawal from a customer's account without the ************************'s authorization. I have already contacted my bank and have asked them to block future *** withdrawals from 365 Custom Turf.I am requesting that 365 Custom Turf provide me with a written explanation of how this unauthorized withdrawal occurred and how they will prevent it from happening in the future. I am also requesting that 365 Custom Turf do the final inspection that was supposed to be done before my project was completed. I have attached a copy of the email from 365 Custom Turf stating that my final payment was due on July 7. I have also attached an email from 365 Custom Turf showing that the *** payment was already in transition on July 7th I would appreciate it if this could be investigated and appropriate action is taken to keep this on their record, as I am concerned that **************************************** place to prevent unauthorized withdrawals from customers' accounts. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely. *********************
