      Levelset has my personal information: name, address, phone number listed as a contractor on their site at: *************************************************************************** I am a Pastor, not a contractor. I have called their number and gotten a fast busy. I have emailed them at ******************************** but they have not replied. I would like my information removed from their site. Thank you.

      1. 5/3/2022 I was looking on the website to find some Mechanic Lien's waiver document on Levelset. 2. 5/4/2022 I received the call and email from Julian from Levelset, and tried to persuade me to join their legal plan. See email attached. 3. Since that, he continued to give me calls. That Monday 5/16/2022 I was in the trouble of my current GC. And he called me more than 3 times in the daily even I was in the meeting. Using my frustrated situation, he promised their one year legal plan will cover my current case and can help me out without any extra fee except court under "Personal Construction Attorney" after I told his the whole things of my remodel case in email. 4. On 5/17/2022, he continued to call me, and persuaded me to buy this plan with the promotion price$1800.00. At first I did not want, but he insisted to call me and email me the whole Tuesday, and be sure that his coverage could help me out. Then I told him I could try it if not suitable, I will cancel it. 5. I gave him my credit card number, and every detailed to him. He charged the $1800 at their side. After that, he sent me the invoice and receipt together. 6. Wednesday, 5/18/2022, I sent the email to Levelset to ask for Construction Lawyer's information. Afternoon, they gave the first lawyer as below: Sydney H*** Law Office of Sydney J******* 650-342-1830 [email protected] www.sjhlawgroup.com 675 N First St, Ste 550 San Jose, CA 95112 7. I called Sydney on 5/18/2022, and was told that he did not provide any service to me under Levelset subscription plan, only give 25% off of rate. 8. 5/19/2022, I asked Levelset about this lawyer's issue and repeatedly wrote the email to confirm if the subscription plan would cover my case without any extra fee before I came to 2nd lawyer. And then I was told that they would provide another lawyer information who would cover my case under Levelset plan. 9. I did not get the service about my legal issue, so I requested to cancel this contract, but was refused by it.

Unfortunately, in this instance, we defined and clarified what was included in the plan numerous times over phone, emails, and in the contract that you signed and agreed to. While we understand that with any attorney that the information given by attorneys may not be the desired outcome that people are hoping for, it is the legal reality. We are also inclined to address your last point specifically - legal services were indeed performed, and we were forwarded the email showing this which we have attached to this case. I understand that you have requested a refund - as we have also covered, services were accurately represented numerous times and legal services have already been given, we are not able to offer a refund per the terms of the agreement. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) this is yearly subscription, and I requested to refund and cancel after 5 days of the payment. How many days and how many service has been used by me, no matter the quality I got. If no refund, do it mean the lawyer can support me with full supporting without any extra retainer fee needed undernoedak construction case unless court? As we are not Legal Counsel, we cannot include these additional fees within our subscription costs. As we know there are customers who may require additional fees to pursue further legal action or counseling that falls outside of what is included, we have clearly outlined these expectation under section 2 of your signed Terms of Use. In addition, our call recordings have record of our Sales representative going over the plan overview and details with you over the phone prior to your sign up. At this time, multiple team members and our Terms of Use have properly communicated these expectations in advance to your sign up and as a result, we will not be refunding your subscription.
