I have attempted for 5 days to get a response from customer service in regards to items I purchased that had dirt and mold looking stains on comforter and pillows. I sent pictures with every correspondence I have sent. As of today, January 19, **** I have not received any response.Business response

Placed an order before Christmas with this company. Many emails to customer service went unanswered regarding order that contained wrong size and was returned to company in perfect condition. Linen Mart issued refund of $82. $20 less than original order.Business response

I bought an item - Fleece blanket w 2 pillow shams. The item arrived quickly. The item did not have matching shams as was indicated in the sales photo. After MANY attempts to call, and email Linenmart with zero success. Both telephone numbers listed are voice mail responses with NO indication they belong to Linenmart. Both voicemail boxes are always "full" and take no messages. The numbers are Los Angeles numbers although Linenmart is situated in ******* ****** I tried "live chat". After a very long wait i finally spoke with a live person who heard my complaint for replacement MATCHING pillow shams and was told "NO problem" to receive 2 REPLACEMENT matching shams at NO COST to me. This was before Christmas 2022. I never heard from them again. I have tried live chat many times now, including an additional email, all with no response. I spent 3 hours waiting for a live agent. No response. Today it's been over 1 hour with no response. The situation is unacceptable. A company that does not respond to customers. A customer service dept that does not exist. They simply do not respond to any inquiry. Thank you Thank youBusiness response

I have been trying to return bed sheets for since about December 12th. I was sent an email telling my my return process was approved and they would sent me a return label for shipping. I have yet to receive a email with a return label. I have called, emailed, and even Facebook messaged them and received no response from anyone. The phone number they provided rings up a Los Angeles phone, and any other forms of contact are met with silence. They only gave 30 days to return this but have not reciprocated contact to give me the return label despite saying their customer support is avaliable 7 days a week and yet no one is answering. I don't know what else to do. I just want want the return labels so I can return these and get the right productsBusiness response

Placed an order before Christmas with this company order was sent to wrong address and returned to company. Tried to touch base about reshipping order and was told they have not received back yet. That was almost 3 weeks ago and have tried to contact customer service by phone and email. with no response. The phone number does not even work at this time. I either what my product I payed for or a refund ASAP.Business response
