I ordered a blanket and in the last second on the payment they snuck in an. $18 shipping cost. I immediately sent an email to cancel. I sent 2 more with no reply. The next day i get an email saying the item has shipped. Called Paypal and opened a case to get my money back.

Ordered a blanket. Noticed they had a wrong address via PayPal. Tried everything possible to email, phone and exhausted all efforts to change the shipping address. Someone else is sleeping under my ****** blanket and according to PayPal ******** I'm the one who is screwed. Way to run a "FAMILY" business. S**** other families.Linen Mart Inc. Response

Thank you for contacting us, In regards to your order we have a shipping policy in order to make changes to your address you would have to contact us within atleast 12 hours from placing the order. you placed your order on Aug 9th and contacted us on August 14th when the order was already shipped out. No way to reach this company. As soon as you place an order and they take your credit card number, they spam you with emails. The phone numbers dont work, voicemails full and they dont respond to emails. Theres no way to check on the status of my order.There is no way to track the order shipment. I still have not received it even though they said they would ship it immediately.There is no way to leave zero stars. You have to leave at least one.Linen Mart Inc. Response
