They wouldn't even get one star from me if I could do that. I bought a Groupon from these people &at the time, the reviews looked great. I purchased 3 "man hours" of time, even called the day before & week prior to check that someone was coming. 1 PM was my appointment time. By 1:30 I called & at 3, they sent 2 people w/the agreement that they would work for 1 1/2 hours. At exactly one hour, their "manager" (huge jerk) called them & told them to leave. All I asked was that they dust, wipe down the kitchen & do the bathrooms, as well as the ceiling fans & the floors. Both of the bathrooms got finished because they started there. HOWEVER, I have photos & videos of the terrible job they did. They did ONE ceiling fan, & didn't bother with the rest. Barely vacuumed the living room, didn't bother even sweeping the kitchen floor nor did they mop it. The person in charge kept talking AT me, not TO ME. They even used my paper towels. Really? I was lucky to have a Hispanic friend there who could translate. She reiterated that my mother had gotten covid & the house needed to be completely dusted & cleaned. At the one hour point, the workers were told that they had to leave. I didn't even get my other half hour. My mother could have done a better job! Never again! The guy that is in charge kept getting rude. Voice rising, even though he knew he was in the wrong. I have so many pics & videos of what a terrible job they did, that he doesn't even know the wrath of feedback on platforms. I'm going to aggressively pursue my money back with the bank. I don't care if Groupon helps or not. The last offer was him saying that he would come on a Monday for 45 mins. At this point, the only thing that would change my mind is If HE came & cleaned everything. bugs in the corner, dirt on the floor, I mean, I've seen crappy but this is worse. DO NOT hire these people. I did the rest myself in less than 1/2 hour. Nothing short of money back will appease this. No excuse
