May 25th date of service . Paid $154 for incomplete/inadequate service . This email is in regards to a cleaning service that was done at our home on Wednesday, May 25th. I received a ******* gift from my husband for Mother's Day. I decided to use it since my in-laws were coming into town. I made the appointment over the phone on Thursday, May 19th at 11:12 a.m. The gentleman on the phone agreed that someone would come to our home at 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday, May 24th the gentleman called and stated that could do 8:00 a.m. or 12:30. My husband chose 12:30. On the day of service they called and said that the ladies are running behind but did not show until 2:30. My children had a scheduled dentist appointment that was now missed and we have to pay $50 no show fee. The actual cleaning was horrible. My shower was not cleaned, there were horrible streak lines on the mirrors in the bathroom. The living room floor was still dirty. The actually told my husband their time was up but they could stay longer for more money. My husband had to vacuum our carpets because they did not get done. At the end of service my husband was speaking to our lawn man and he was stating that the money was not in its usual place. My husband called me to look at the doorbell ring device and at the same time one of the ladies was passing by. Once she overheard him tell me to look on the camera, she proceeded to hand my husband the money. She had stolen the money and from the hiding place that she knew was not hers.

On March 31, 2022 this business sent people over to perform a cleaning job. I paid $155.73 via ******** before they started the job only to be told they won't be able to do it. While I fully respect that, I was told by the employees who were here that I would receive a full refund via ******** that day. I have contacted them multiple times since then and while they give me a date of when the refund will be received, they change the manner in which I will get it (I.e. somebody bringing it to me in cash, to stating a check was sent out but it was not and no check information was provided to back to someone giving it to me in cash then where I will get it via ********), and as of April 28, I still do not have this refund. I have mentioned I will come to their business to pick up my refund as well but I am simply told that I will get it and given a date that then passes with no refund received. I simply want them to refund the money from a job they never did.

Amerimaids sent three maids to clean our house on January 14. One of them used what was apparently an oil based wood cleaning product on our unfinished wood coffee table and left a large oil mark. I have provided a photo of this to the customer service person and he has acknowledged receiving it but has declined to have the table repaired or replaced. The estimated cost for a repair is $250, replacement is $2000.

I requested services to be completed on 10-20-21. The agreement was for 3.5 hours of cleaning for $84 dollars. The owner stated that it would be best to do 3.5 hours of cleaning due to it only being one person and in that time period I could request whatever work done that I needed within that timeframe. I only received and hour and twenty minutes worth of cleaning from two people. When they were "finished" they just left without saying they were leaving or allowing me to inspect the work first. Before I could even check the first room they hurried and ran out of my residence. I immediately text and called the owner about the issue and he told me he could send them back out for an additional hour to finish. He said he would call me back and never did. I had to call him back today for him to tell me he was no longer honoring his proposed resolution and if I wanted them to come back out to finish it would be an additional $35. I was not provided with an order number for even a receipt.
